Freddy was in the shop that day and was so incredibly helpful hearing our ideas & recommending solutions. Then we placed an order on a relatively tight timeline - the tiles were supposed to arrive from the supplier 3 days before our installers were going to start. Freddy called me with the bad news that the supplier had been giving them the runaround, and it was looking like we would be a month delayed - the chain reaction of this would have left us totally screwed, but without even asking (although I was ready to beg) Freddy said he would make some calls to other stores and suppliers around town to see if he can figure it out. Within two hours he texted me that they found all the stock we needed (over 150 sq ft!) and had them in the shop that afternoon. Completely saved the day and bent over backwards for us when they could have just said ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They have a huge selection, fantastic prices, and amazing staff - there's another guy whose name I unfortunately didn't get, but he was just as friendly and helpful as Freddy. Would highly recommend Mosaic Supplies, especially instead of trying to order something online yourself - or if you find something you like online, bring the idea to them first and they'll sort out the details. They also recommended a couple installers (although we ended up going with "Marcos & Bruno Tile and Stone Specialists" who we also found on Yelp and were perfect). Amazing store!
