To be honest, I really don't trust these people, and I think the owner really goes after older patients who may not be aware of her tactics, or how she instructs her employees to give some patients inaccurate info. and I'm certain this has happened to me! The last time I was there for an appt, they left me sitting in the chair for 40 minutes, and wouldn't tell me what was going on, until I put pressure on the asst to find out, and the dentist finally appeared to let me know the original procedure wouldn't be covered by my insurance after all, and I would have to pay over $900 out of pocket!! At that moment I knew I was in the wrong dental office, because they lied right to my face!! I won't go into any more detail but I got up, walked out and never went back! I'm very happy now that I have found a new office, with much better care, and honesty! Please don't let these crooks try to rip you off!!

I've been taking my daughter to Triad Kids Dental in Greensboro on Randleman Road for about 4 years…read morenow, and they consistently provide excellent service every visit. The dentists and hygienists are fantastic with kids--patient, kind, and really good at making them feel comfortable. The office is always clean, and I like that they play movies above the chairs to help distract the kids during cleanings. The waiting area is also great, with a cute play space for kids and a TV to keep them entertained. We rarely wait long before being called back, which I really appreciate. They always give the option of fluoride instead of just doing it automatically, and at the end of the visit the kids get a toothbrush and floss, which is a nice touch. What stands out most is how they actually talk to the kids, ask them questions, and make the whole experience easy and calm. We've always had great experiences here and definitely recommend them.

I arrived here around 12:35pm on a Thursday afternoon for my son's check up dental appt. After…read morecheck in, we waited less than 10 minutes before getting going to the back. During check in, you're able to schedule the 6 month follow up. In the back, his height and weight was checked before receiving X-rays by a male staff member. Brooke was the dental hygienist who cleaned my son's teeth. She was very friendly. Safety and cleaning measures were observed throughout my visit. There was a short wait for the dentist to come over after the cleaning was done. The dentist was friendly. No complaints regarding the service received. I did notice they didn't have items for the kids anymore. In the past, they had balloons and small toys for the kids to get.
