Awful. No dentist within 40 miles and can't get necessary request taken care of. I won't use them again. Poor service

Humana Health Insurance does not seem to be superior to other large-scale insurers that benefit from Medicare and Medicaid (federal and state). Their Humana Health Benefits Plus Plan, which is designed for low-income participants, seems to be a misleading and restrictive program. While it covers most medical expenses and prescriptions for individuals who do not have major illnesses such as cancer, etc., the additional help spending card advertised to pay rent and utilities is a joke that limits clients to going to Walmart. When I tried to pay rent with the card, my HUD housing manager said the Debit Visa was unacceptable. I contacted Humana, and they advised me to obtain bank information from the property manager to pay rent through their customer service agents. However, which property management company is going to give tenants their bank information? Every attempt to use the spending card is troublesome, and paying anything through Walmart is degrading. For instance, you are restricted to purchasing groceries not of your choice (I prefer stores that sell more organic products). The Debit Visa is also inadequate since it limits what can be purchased with it. Most of the items permitted on the card are not useful to me personally. I don't need diapers yet!
