We worked Zach to purchase our first house in 2018, and six years later we didn't hesitate to call him again to help us find a new house and sell our first house. As before, buying a home with Zach was painless and low stress; he constantly kept us updated on the process and gave us a lot of advice to help us secure our dream home. Additionally, the process of selling our home with Zach was one of the easiest things I've ever done; Zach gave us a lot of wonderful advice on repairs we should make to help us get top dollar for our house (which we did) and was extremely communicative about what was happening and forms we needed to sign while we waited to close. We would highly recommend Zach for both buying and selling a house and are so grateful that Zach is not only our wonderful real estate agent but also a good friend.

Having an agent respond at a timely manner is what keeps this industry moving. Kenneth has been great in both transactions. We received the ratified contracts and got the job done! I have no complaints about his quality of work and would instead praise his attention to detail. Kenneth also does not focus on the commission and leave/disappear after the closing. We had a post-closing issue on whether the sellers had taken bricks from the property. Kenneth took it upon himself (after the seller's agent and seller would not replace the bricks or pay for them) to go to home depot and replace the bricks himself. Furthermore, he has been very accommodating on meeting times and location. He makes it so working with him is easy and flexible. I HIGHLY recommend Kenneth Wang as a realtor in all of DMV area!

Flash back a few months, I met Dave at an open house and instantly thought he was awesome. I was working with another realtor at the time and was having no success in the crazy Arlington house market. My boyfriend and I made the difficult and very worth it decision to thank our former realtor for her time and start working with Dave. As soon as we made that decision everything changed. Our first meeting with him was so professional, but still a lot of fun. He asked us a ton of questions about our lifestyle, budget, what we like/don't like etc. He set us up with a search and we went on our way. Just two weeks later a townhome came on the market in Ballston and we were hooked. Dave toured it with us, was super honest about the pros and cons, and let us think on it for a day. This is my first home so I was nervous to write an offer, but I felt super comfortable with Dave's guidance. We made the offer and unfortunately didn't get the place, I was crushed. Thankfully, this is where Dave's network and persistence came into play. He knew the listing agent and stayed in constant contact with her to ensure we were the first ones considered should the buyers back out. Lo and behold, they did, and he quickly turned around a backup offer. They accepted!!! I was ecstatic! I thought Dave was the best at this point, and somehow he got better. His recommendations for lenders were incredible and I got a rate that no one could believe, and the title company he works with made everything seamless. We had a quick close because of the crazy process we went through, but Dave and our title company did everything to ensure we were well taken care of. We closed last week and I can honestly say none of this wouldn't happened without Dave. He's the best realtor, and now someone I call a friend. I can't recommend him enough!

Jami is very professional, punctual, informative, patient, and so very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor really. He took the time to answer all our questions and even late at night when we would email him questions, we would get a response by the next day! All the way to when we found our dream home, Jami helped us with strategies on how our offer would look the best out of everyone. Sure enough we got our house without going over our budget. As for selling our house, listen to him! We were able to get 2 solid offers and 1 interest the day after we put our house up for sale. Within less than two days, we were able to accept a solid offer (above our asking price) and we didn't even have to do an open house! I can't say enough how lucky we were to find Jami! We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, so we did a little house hunting on our own. We met with a few realtors and looked at a few houses, but we didn't find who or what we were looking for. We decided we needed to find a realtor that knew the area and could tell us about the character of the neighborhoods where we were searching. The Donna Kerr Group had some good reviews so we decided to give them a try. It's a small firm that really knows the Internet well. We sent a short email with our contact info, search area, and basic wish list. We immediately got a response from Donna, who referred us to Lewis Temple. Lewis came to meet us at our condo, and had in hand a binder he made for us of areas we should look at, graphs showing property values, school ratings, etc. So we decided that we'd let him show us some things and go from there. Lewis and the Donna Kerr Group do this amazing thing; they set up an Internet search with your specific requests and desired locations. All you have to do is sort the properties into three categories: yes, no, and maybe. We clicked and sorted and came up with a very, very long list. Lewis helped us narrow down our choices; he has an extensive knowledge of the metro DC area, various neighborhoods, and even local realtors, builders, and contractors. We spent a few afternoons driving around with Lewis and looking at homes. Lewis was patient with us as a picked our way through a large list of homes, telling a little history of the neighborhoods and showing us the local haunts. After a month of searching we found our dream home! Lewis helped us put our offer together, and I can now say that we are very proud homeowners. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a home and neighborhood that we love. Lewis stood by us through the whole process. As a side note, Lewis is also a master electrician and was able to point to details in the construction of the homes we looked at that even our home inspector missed. Next it was time to sell the small condo we called home for so many years. Lewis sent in his expert, Cara, who told us exactly what to do to de-clutter and stage our condo. She even picked out paint colors for us, and found a painter who could come that same week. Once we de-cluttered and had a little touch up painting done, Cara came back and took the most amazing photos of our condo. The condo was on the market the next day with a perfect description, her beautiful photos, and an open house that weekend. Our condo was under contract at asking price unbelievably fast, less than one month after we listed it. They even designed a unique website for our listing! We have now settled into our beautiful new home and absolutely love it. I can't express how great our experience with this team of service-oriented professionals has been. They are very, very good at their jobs, and they are wonderful people. I recommend that if you are looking to buy and/or sell your home you try Lewis Temple and the Donna Kerr Group!
