I was working with another realtor at the time and was having no success in the crazy Arlington house market. My boyfriend and I made the difficult and very worth it decision to thank our former realtor for her time and start working with Dave. As soon as we made that decision everything changed. Our first meeting with him was so professional, but still a lot of fun. He asked us a ton of questions about our lifestyle, budget, what we like/don't like etc. He set us up with a search and we went on our way. Just two weeks later a townhome came on the market in Ballston and we were hooked. Dave toured it with us, was super honest about the pros and cons, and let us think on it for a day. This is my first home so I was nervous to write an offer, but I felt super comfortable with Dave's guidance. We made the offer and unfortunately didn't get the place, I was crushed. Thankfully, this is where Dave's network and persistence came into play. He knew the listing agent and stayed in constant contact with her to ensure we were the first ones considered should the buyers back out. Lo and behold, they did, and he quickly turned around a backup offer. They accepted!!! I was ecstatic! I thought Dave was the best at this point, and somehow he got better. His recommendations for lenders were incredible and I got a rate that no one could believe, and the title company he works with made everything seamless. We had a quick close because of the crazy process we went through, but Dave and our title company did everything to ensure we were well taken care of. We closed last week and I can honestly say none of this wouldn't happened without Dave. He's the best realtor, and now someone I call a friend. I can't recommend him enough!

MJ Sheckles: can't listen, wastes your time, disrespectful…read more Got a call from a booker for realtor MJ Sheckels, KW Preferred Properties, that a client wanted to view my rental home. Last night, left MJ both an email and vm with my cell and the address confirming a 1pm showing today. When I didn't hear back, I called again this morning. MJ constantly interrupted me, assured me the client was out and about looking at properties and would be there at 1pm. I couldn't finish a sentence, she just kept running me over. I guess what property owners have to say isn't as important as MJ talking at us. Sent her a text when I arrived at the property. You know how this story ends: MJ was so sorry, the appointment was made by mistake, the client was not coming. Maybe stop interrupting, learn to listen, check your vm, read your email so reviews like this won't need to be written.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. My mother is a real estate agent and I personally know about 20 agents that are friends of mine. Any of them stand a chance of getting my listing whenever I choose to do business with them but I'll never do business with Keller Williams because of this.

I was reluctant to hire Jen and Kayli because there were chosen by my partner who was being very difficult, but Jen and Kayli sold themselves as experts in mediating the selling process even under these circumstances. Part of the agreement between my partner and myself was to split any necessary repair costs for improving the home for sale, however Jen and Kayli chose to side with my difficult partner and ignore the judge's order requiring us to share costs, leaving me $12,000 out of pocket for required repairs. I even consulted with two independent realtors who agreed the repairs were necessary, but Jen and Kayli continued to show bias because of their relationship with my partner's family. I felt alone on an island during the whole process. Lesson learned the hard way. Would not recommend.
