From the very beginning, Megan and her team (Jenny Moore) demonstrated professionalism, market expertise, and a genuine commitment to understanding our goals. Thanks to her strategic approach and strong network, we received five competitive offers in a short period of time. What truly set Megan apart, though, was her ability to help us navigate those offers thoughtfully--not just focusing on price, but on finding the right buyer. It was very important to our family that the home not be sold to a developer who would tear it down, and Megan respected and prioritized that throughout the process. In the end, she helped us secure a buyer who aligned with our wishes while still delivering an excellent outcome financially. Her communication was clear, her guidance was steady, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. The house was on the market in January and we had two snow storms that Megan and Jenny were able to take care of getting the snow on the driveway shuffled in time for the open house. We're incredibly grateful for Megan's dedication and would highly recommend her and the Fass Results Group to anyone looking to sell (or buy) their home.

Maria is not only extremely knowledgeable of the area, but she is very detail-oriented throughout the process and honest in the way that she listened to our needs and provided her feedback. It always felt like we had a real expert in our corner, who managed to help us get an incredible deal on the house we bought and also helped to sell our home for a record value in our neighborhood. Amazing. Read on for the details! We quickly made the decision to sell our house after we realized that our needs for a home were changing. It was a no-brainer to work with Maria, because she had helped us get into our first home despite a very competitive market for a highly sought after end-unit in Cameron Station. This time around, she helped us think through the best way to put our house up on the market while also helping us put together the right offer for the house we eventually ended up buying. Maria was with us every step of the way, keeping us informed and always ready to answer the phone when we had questions (which we had lots of!). She also managed to get everything done despite all of the limiting circumstances due to COVID, which meant finding ways to get things done electronically, and ensuring all of our home visits for selling and buying maintained social distancing guidelines. I could go on with more details about the process, but the fact of the matter is this - our offer to buy was accepted almost immediately, and our house held about 12 showings in 48 hours which ended up receiving multiple offers above listing which then resulted in a 21-day sale. Maria is passionate about her job, and she regularly goes above and beyond. Go with Maria and the Patterson Group. They are truly experts in helping folks find the right home.

Nicole was very knowledgeable and has excellent contacts with a local title company, and loan provider who guided us through the process. I think this is one of Nicole's strongest attributes, she knows the right people to make the process move forward smoothly. When we met for the first time, she had a very easy to follow PowerPoint and documents to give us an overview of how the process would work, which was great for us since this is our first house and we're totally clueless. Then the real fun started, looking at houses. In the age of Covid, we had to abide by some rules but Nicole made it easy on us, and provided masks/gloves if we forgot. When we put in our first offer, the owners went with a different offer. We were devastated at the time, but Nicole put on her therapist hat (not really a therapist, but she could probably excel at that too), and explained it was natural to be bummed, gave us a little time to grieve, but assured us she was with us until we found our house. After looking at a few more houses that didn't fit our needs, she was really able to hone in on our personalities, and was able to help us weed out houses she knew would not fit us, saving us a lot of time. Then we found another house we were ready to put a bid on. Like the first house, we bid against another offer, but because Nicole set us up to work with Jeremy at McClean Mortgage, he called their realtor and they went with our offer because they have such an outstanding reputation. Working with the Title company (Vesta which is also a contact Nicole set us up with) was a breeze. If you are in need of a realtor to buy or sell a home, we can't recommend Nicole highly enough. She is patient, knowledgeable , has amazing contacts, and will make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process.

Upon meeting Dan, his knowledge of the orange-line housing market was very impressive. This guy lives in the neighborhood and certainly knows the comps. In an era of multiple bids, Dan helped us realize that beyond just throwing money at a new home, there are others ways to write a very competitive offer. Additionally, Dan was also able to get us several viewings of townhomes before they came on the market - something I think gave him a huge edge over other realtors in the area. Because of the shortage of inventory (especially townhomes) in Arlington County, this makes all the difference in the world. Dan also offers a "one-percent off" for buyers guarantee (check out his website) which we thought was a great touch. Throughout the whole process, Dan was extremely responsive (which is very important to a first-time home buyer) - even helping us through a mortgage crisis while he was on his honeymoon. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new home. And we'll certainly be contacting Dan and his team down the road when we start thinking about selling :) BONUS: "Orange-line living open house" sign twirlers by the Clarendon metro. She requested we send cashiers check via mail. I was happy to Zelle/Venmo/bring cash to her, but she requested the cashiers checks. We sent them on a Thursday and the checks were set to arrive on the following Monday. Monday comes and USPS says the checks are still in transit. We reach out to Sita to let her know they are delayed and we do not hear any response. We wait all the way until Friday to hear anything, after personally contacting her. At this point we are worried our checks were lost in the mail because USPS says they can't find them. Sita finally replies to us and tells us that they decided to go with another tenant for this property. This is after we received a draft lease from them, verbally agreed, and sent thousands of dollars as a down payment. Apparently, the checks arrived on Tuesday of that week, only 1 day later than originally expected. Sita did not tell us or communicate with us until Friday. Her reasons for choosing a different tenant were: our down payment showing up late and us being difficult about our move-in date. (They wanted to move the original move-in date back by a week to do repairs. We asked if we could move in a little earlier since we were moving from out of state. We did not make any insane requests.) This is my side of the story. There could be a better explanation for why we were treated as such; however, we were greatly offended by the lack of respect that we received.
