If you read nothing else: Dr. Teddars and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel…read morecomfortable and cared for, while giving you the best dental attention on the planet! Seriously, this office is the best. I've gone to other clinics prior to this one and have received such terrible care that a dentist appointment overall makes me SO nervous. I was in tears my first visit from nerves and the assistants at Dr. Teddars office went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and secure. I came here due to extreme mouth pain and it was decided I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled same day. Dr. Teddars made the procedure so easy and painless (literally, after he pulled it I said "wait that's IT?!") - I can't thank him enough! A week later I came back to get my other three wisdom teeth pulled and I think this picture speaks for itself - This team is phenomenal and the dental work I received was immaculate. Dr. Teddars & amazing staff - you've made a patient for life. Thank you x a million.

I don't like writing reviews so this is tough for me. I've known Pierre Tedders for about 12 yrs…read more he first designed a bridge for me many years about to get me through a difficult situation. moving forward years later we both had a treatment plan set in place a few months ago. total cost was $57,500 roughly. I told him that at this point I only had $22,000 in cash. So I spoke with Suzanne his office manager that handles the financial end. I gave them a $2,000 deposit and my surgery was scheduled for the following month with the agreement that I would show up with an additional $20,000 as partial payment for my treatment plan. I received a call a few days before Christmas that Dr Tedders had cancelled my surgery stating that he wanted the total balance to be payed upfront. I didn't have $57,000 So I had to move on. I told Suzanne that I would need a refund of the money, and she said that she would get back with me... they both are crooks I would never trust either one of them again. Tedders is a fake. he may be good at some parts on dentistry but when you start looking deeper I found its mostly smoke and mirrors. I've since had the surgery and my dentist now is fantastic. by the way I have to chase him down legally to get my $2.000 back. Not a position that anyone wants to be in. I think he does drugs because no professional would behave like he has. through texting with him back and forth he went from being compassionate to being defensive, blaming me for the situation. So I would suggest talking to other dentists and asking many questions before choosing someone to help you with your dental needs. just ask yourself... what is your life and health worth and your peace on mind.

With how long it was taking, I thought they put her under and never said anything - wouldn't surprise me. Take home paperwork for the procedure and the website has different instructions for how long to leave the gauze in mouth than what my mom was verbally told. Paperwork and website says 30-45 minutes, she was told 20 From what I've heard from my mom... the staff is sweet, but, these two incidents make me never want my mom, family or I to go here again.

I had a crown placed and the process is so much easier. It's all done same day as they make the crown there. No going back in two weeks. Due to Covid it had been two years since I'd been in. They got me scheduled for a cleaning right away as I also had a problem with a tooth I didn't want to wait on. I have huge dentist anxiety and when I say they catered to that, I'm not exaggerating. It doesn't cure my anxiety but I trust them to hear me. Also, I don't have dental insurance so they told me about their in house plan which will be a huge help for me. I really appreciate Dr. B, Hope, and all the staff I've dealt with!!

My previous experience (Indiana dentist) led me to believe I was getting my teeth cleaned, as when they asked what the appointment was for I said to get my teeth cleaned and checked. I filled out paperwork before arriving, and also provided my insurance card upon check in. I got my X-rays, and then waited for the doc for about 20 minutes, after he looked me over I sat, 2 hours I wait for them to do a check for gingivitis that took 4 minutes and then send me up to the office manager, who THEN tells me they can't verify my insurance or tell me what the cost of the visit is. Two and a half hours after I checked in. Then wanted me to schedule with them not knowing if they take my insurance or cost of services. That is illegal since the no surprises act was passed. If my insurance couldn't be verified, I should have been presented with cost PRIOR to services being administered. I'm canceling my families appointments for next week. Now I will have to pay out of pocket at the next dentist bc they used my one a year that was covered. As someone who works in Medical Insurance billing I'm embarrassed at how the billing staff handled everything start to finish.

We called Dr Palte's office after 5:00 pm and the next morning, Michelle called from the office and got us an appointment for the next morning. Dr Palte and his staff were very kind, understanding, and compassionate. preliminary exam performed and Dr Palte sat down and explained the procedure in complete detail. unfortunately due to the condition of the tooth Dr explained options of repair and removal. I decided based on Dr Palte's opinion that the best alternative was to remove the tooth and plan for either a bridge or an implant. The tooth was removed and prep started for the implant. My experience with this office was outstanding. Dr Palte took the time to totally explain the procedures and my options and I am very confident in my treatment plan. His staff is outstanding and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. His staff also gave me documentation of the procedure and completed all the insurance forms for the visit. I plan on having an implant placed and I will definitely return to Dr Palte's office for the procedure. Great job Dr Palte and your staff.

They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days of the referral. My first interaction was with Michelle who I immediately loved. She was very kind, welcoming and explained in detail what to expect from my visit. I was evaluated by Dr. Kimball, and when I say she is a real gem, that is an understatement. Her passion for dentistry exudes from her like a ray of sunshine. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and immediately after the evaluation began the first phase of the root canal. Her assistant Crystal, and her work together like pancakes and syrup. There interaction with each other is both professional and comedic, and definitely takes the edge off from undergoing a dental procedure. I could go on and on with my review, but in a nutshell, I would highly recommend this Endodontist if you want to experience an anxiety free procedure. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
