From Work Visas to U.S. Citizenship: An Exceptional Immigration Attorney We Trusted for 20 Years…read more We feel incredibly fortunate to have had such an outstanding immigration attorney by our side since 2006. Michael professionally guided our family through every important step of our immigration journey--from work visas to obtaining our Green Cards, and finally to successfully becoming U.S. citizens. Throughout all these years, Michael and his team have consistently demonstrated honesty, professionalism, expertise, and genuine dedication to their clients. His services have always been reasonably priced, and we have truly valued his guidance and support during such an important transition in our lives. Another great advantage is that Michael speaks both Spanish and French, which makes his services even more valuable and accessible to our diverse community. His experience, integrity, and commitment make him a tremendous asset to the Reston and Northern Virginia community. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done for our family and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring, and experienced immigration attorney. Thank you, Michael and Yuliya, for being such an important part of our journey from work visas to Green Cards and, finally, U.S. citizenship! With sincere gratitude, The Navia Family

I'm not sure how I feel about this company I went on Yelp and you guys are rated 2.5 out of five I…read moreread most of the reviews and most of them were talking about having the customer do their own work or didn't get or just not answering the phone and helping them with their documents. So not sure if I wanna go with you guys unless the issues that are in Yelp in the reviews which you should look at are fixed.

Enlisted the help of VD to help me with my claim. I filled out the agreement between myself and…read moreVD. Sent in medical records and VA decision letters. All I get is message on their portal that says - "We have received your XXXXX. Thanks and we will contact you if additional information is needed." Then SSA sent me a document to fill out - I contacted VD and asked them how we should handle SSA request for information. VD told me to take the first shot at the document, send it to them and they would make suggestions and/or recommendation on my reply. I filled out the form and sent it to VD. Then I got an message on the portal that VD reviewed my submission and went ahead and sent it to SSA on my behalf. VD did not do what they said they were going to do. They did not add a word. Just turned it over to SSA. I am not expecting good results from SSA because VD has not communicated with me to give me any thought of projected outcomes. Communications has been one way, with the given "Yelp, thanks, we got what you sent us." Have several friends starting the process and I have shared my experience with VD and advised them "buyer beware." I have talked with several friends that submitted their own SSDI claim and they got great results by themselves and said it was an easy process - that "if [they] could do it, anyone could do it." The VA already has me at 90% within 3 months post my retirement - which I have constantly shared with VD. It feels like, VD is slow rolling my claim so there is a larger SSA backpay which will get VD a larger pay out. Fingers crossed, but not banking on good outcomes. Again, buyer beware.
