Over time, we've learned that when closing Historic properties and high end properties, it is worth having a quality title company you are certain to dot the I and cross the T. This title company might cost a little more than some Title companies but you see when that doesn't cause a problem because they did it correctly and you were a constant priority. Some Title companies you feel like a number and they are removed from the transaction as a group of un-named people took care of the details which have come up to have errors in the 9th hour which causes a lot of stress.
