My case came about when an individual made false accusations against me and contacted the local police department claiming that I had attacked him during a relatively brief but stressful interaction. Fortunately, there was a security video recording proving that the allegations were false. Although, Mr. Schefter gave the other party and his attorney the opportunity to withdraw their claim, they chose to move forward. Robert Schefter utilized a superior defense strategy that laid the groundwork for the other individual to, figuratively, hang himself during his statement. Mr. Schefter proved that the individual had filed a false police report and subsequently, committed perjury during the hearing. Needless to say, the case was dismissed. Very shortly I was joined by 2 additional people there for the same showing. Soon our numbers grew and we were now 8 people standing outside a building that was to have been an open house. One of the ladies called Mark Carr's number and went directly to his voice mail. Fortunately, the president of the condo association happen to be coming home and saw the crowd. She stopped and confirmed that she had authorized an open house and thought there would be someone in the lobby to meet and greet. She began to give us the particulars about the association and the property. More people are arriving. Mark Carr then responded to the call by texting and advising that the "Open House" had been canceled and someone had dropped the ball. It appeared the only person that knew it had been canceled was Mark Carr. Although the cost of the property in question was slight obviously in his eyes, each one of the people standing there had properties that would also need to be sold and many were downsizing including myself. Pretty certain there was not a person there that would consider using Mark Carr for purchase or sale of a property. Please keep in mind that all of this transpired in the first half hour of the proposed "Open House". Still over an hour of people to come and go. Not buying from Mark Carr.
