Long story short, the construction site next to my workplace was pouring cement and it got on the…read morevehicles of half a dozen co-workers and I. My colleagues and I were directed to get car detailing done at Street Legal Tint & Detail and the construction site would take responsibility for the expenses. I'm not sure if we were calling during peak hours or something, but it took several attempts to book an appointment with Eric as my colleagues and I ended up having to leave voicemails (and didn't hear back)... but we kept calling and eventually we all got our appointments scheduled. One of my colleagues lucked out and the cement was easily removed without any damages, while the majority of us found small scratches on the vehicles afterward the cement removal. Unfortunately, the cement on my car had been stuck on so badly that Eric would've damaged the paint deeper than he could polish out if he were to try and scrap it off, so he recommended that I go to a body shop to get the work done. Overall, not the best experience since I still haven't been able to get the damage repaired, but I appreciated Eric's transparency and honesty. If you're looking for somewhere to get detailing done and you're not in a huge hurry to book the appointment, I'd recommend this place.
