The job just completed was for my own car, having sentimental value. As I've had company vehicles for many years, this was the last brand new car I purchased, now 20 years ago (with 54K original kms). I'm saving it as a future collector/hobby car for retirement. The car is normally stored over the fall and winter months and is only driven a few times over the summer. Other than a few very minor cosmetic issues due to its age, I take great pride in maintaining it in almost showroom new condition. I shared my story about the car with Harrison who was very impressed with what great shape the car is in when he saw it. He understood and appreciated my personal value of the car, and from my consultation at the time of drop off, it was obvious he really wanted to ensure I received the best results possible. WOW doesn't even come close to the results!!! These photos don't' do justice to the very high quality job Harrison did to my little Neon. In the right lighting you could practically do your hair or make-up in the deep and glossy finish! Harrison runs a very high quality shop. Immediately on arrival, you will be very impressed by the modern and professional facilities, which are always immaculate with good lighting and includes a very nice customer waiting lounge. Almost all client vehicles are very high end cars which you'll see in the service bays, but Harrison was pleased for the opportunity to work on my little guy and to promote that Krenus details all vehicles, not just luxury cars. My Neon received the same treatment alongside the luxury and exotics parked in the shop. Harrison is a true craftsmen that's passionate about his work. He's extremely meticulous and really cares about customer satisfaction. You'll realize this when you speak to him during the consultation of your appointment. You'll be absolutely delighted and thrilled with the results he delivers. Also as a nice touch there will be a Krenus branded free bottle of water waiting in your car when you pick it up. THANK YOU Harrison for an absolutely amazing job. I'll never take my cars elsewhere!

I'm super picky/calculated/ADD and will honestly do an hour of research before buying a USB key (true story, recent purchase). So when it came time to choose a detailing shop Joshua and his team came highly recommended so I gave him a shot. I've been a happy customer ever since. Anytime a detailing shop has Porches, R8s, Ferraris, etc as customers you can instantly feel confident in their level services. Additionally, they're located right in the middle of the CBD (central business district) so super convenient to drop your car, hit a meeting, and return to a sparking ride. They're also mobile but I haven't used the service but I can see how the convenience factor would work for many. Highly recommend checking Krenus out.

I emailed to make an appointment, and let them know my pretty tight schedule, and even though I'm sure summer is so bonkers, they managed to get me in within the week. The girl on the phone was kind and professional, as well as the owner was great with responding to my emails quickly, to book me in a spot that would work with my schedule limitations. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. I have kids and a dog, and my car is always in a condition that is really ready for a good clean. I'm talking some dirt build up and sand etc- no spills or anything major. The max I have paid is under $100 (plus a generous tip). Today I showed up with my car in its usual condition, and waited 10 minutes outside a half opened door with the "open" sign on. I had to call for a couple minutes before someone came and opened the doors. There is a younger man who came in hotheaded- he started rudely saying "oh wow" about the condition of my car. He then said it'll be a minimum $130.00 - which is well above what I paid before. I'm happy to accept up-charges, and pay fairly.. but it was his disrespectful manner that threw me off. He came off as a used car sales person. Trying to upsell. They also only had one car in the shop, and quoted me a long time. He said that "moms with kids" should pay more, and spoke in a mansplanning manner throughout our conversation. He also began shouting at me before I had to politely close my window and wish him a good day. We have three cars that we have been brining to this place for years. They have lost our business over the outrageous upselling, but more so, the hot-headed misogynist that seems to be (trying) to run the show.
