I'm very sad to have to change my review from 5 to 1 stars. I've been coming for years, and have appreciated working with the older gentleman and supporting a local business. I have kids and a dog, and my car is always in a condition that is really ready for a good clean. I'm talking some dirt build up and sand etc- no spills or anything major. The max I have paid is under $100 (plus a generous tip). Today I showed up with my car in its usual condition, and waited 10 minutes outside a half opened door with the "open" sign on. I had to call for a couple minutes before someone came and opened the doors. There is a younger man who came in hotheaded- he started rudely saying "oh wow" about the condition of my car. He then said it'll be a minimum $130.00 - which is well above what I paid before. I'm happy to accept up-charges, and pay fairly.. but it was his disrespectful manner that threw me off. He came off as a used car sales person. Trying to upsell. They also only had one car in the shop, and quoted me a long time. He said that "moms with kids" should pay more, and spoke in a mansplanning manner throughout our conversation. He also began shouting at me before I had to politely close my window and wish him a good day. We have three cars that we have been brining to this place for years. They have lost our business over the outrageous upselling, but more so, the hot-headed misogynist that seems to be (trying) to run the show. I'll be gladly paying the same or more elsewhere where they are respectful. "Moms with kids"-- watch out and be prepared for an upsell! read more

Do NOT GO THERE. They are actually a group of thieves. I took my car yesterday for detailing . First of all, the services and their price is not listed anywhere. Their boss comes and throw a number. I paid $155 to wash inside and outside and wax the exterior. After 2 hours that I came back, all they did was just vacuuming the interior. I asked them what the he'll is this ? They starter yelling that you said only interior. I said , why would I pay $150 for vacuuming the interior??? The windshields were dirty too and he said we can't clean those. I asked them I need a receipt and they said we don't give receipt. After I threatened them that I am calling cops, 2 guys came and wipe the exterior. Typically these guys do a fantastic job. This time, my entire car looks like sandpaper was taken to it. They either used dirty water or a brush but they refuse to admit any fault. My entire car needs to be cut polished now which is a very expensive job. Avoid. read more

Went there for complete car wash. The guy literally said there are risk of scratching my car, when I asked why he says the car is dirty, which was not even too dirty as it is a one month old car. When I asked the price just to know how much I would pay for the service, the guy literally said: " if you are worried about the price, self service is the place for you" No, I was not worried about the price, I was only asking because I had no idea how much it cost, as it is the first time I am washing my car. It Was my first time visiting this place by getting recommended by my friend! I went in for an exterior and interior clean and after it came looking brand new! Very reasonable price for their time and effort. I recommend anyone who need a semi- detail for a low price. Their job for a regular clean is on a semi detail level. Not impressed with the service or the price. The price for inside outside clean was listed as $62. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told it was very dirty and I needed to pay an additional $40. My car was not filthy, or covered in mud outside nor was it more than a bit dusty with dirty mats in the front. He even looked at my car ahead of time and did not indicate that I would or could be charged extra. They were extremely argumentative and couldn't explain why they were charging that much extra beyond "it was very dirty." read more

I had my 8 year old VW given the full works yesterday. It looks like a new car now. Engine, wheels, interior, door jambs - beautiful. They polished out the hood that has an abrasion mark and its now perfect. Cheerful owners and were happy to walk me through the car and point out the detail. This is the third vehicle I've taken to Squeaky, the previous one was a Pathfinder that had been driving forest roads regularly for two years and looked like it. Used to come here often for an inside/outside wash but now they bumped up the prices. The service was good some time ago but lately it became mediocre, especially when they have a bigger lineup. Last time there I was not 100% happy, the wax job was less than mediocre, the interior had streaks all over, including the windows. I think they just wanna save money and reuse dirty rags. I came back today, to give them another chance, but the prices where no longer on display and was told that they bumped up the price. I said no way paying extra, and tried to explain the owner why. I'm pretty fussy over my car, but the owners of this car wash treat each car with such care and put in extra effort each and every time I bring my car in for cleaning. I'd Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants that extra TLC for their car. I especially like the waiting room with free coffee and TV to watch while you wait. 5 stars! read more

This place was amazing~! for $28.95 it was well worth it. I waited for about 25 mins as there are cars in front of me. They really take their time and make sure every thing is clean and tidy. I was very impressed. I have gone to other hand wash car washes before and you were in and our in 10 mins. This place takes their time and all the nooks and crannies are cleaned. I believe it is also Korean owned, there is free wifi in the waiting room. Would definitely go back again!. The staff are very nice and pays attention to detail. read more

Friendly staff, I take my Subaru brz here instead of the one on Westwood. They are a few dollars more but they have respectable staff and always do a great job! Never had to tell them to do a better job on my car. Would highly recommend this one over the other one in Coquitlam (Westwood). read more

I took my very dirty (kids spilled milk and food everywhere) car to Squeaky Hand Car Wash. they quieted me a reasonable fee. I didn't think they would do as much as I wanted, but it would be better. THE CAR WAS SPOTLESS! It was so clean, and didn't smell of chemicals. It looked better then when I bought it. The price was SO REASONABLE. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! And the staff were AMAZING!!! Horrible service. Call and ask how long for my car and ask if i need appointment, guy says no come anytime, i say no and he says yes now i ask again how long and he says 1 hour. I drive 30 minutes for them to tell me its a 2 hour wait and to top it off the guy starts yelling at me for his mistake! Great family run business who really care about ensuring you're happy with all aspects of getting your car cleaned and detailed. Spent the same amount of money as I do for the one on Westwood, they did a horrible job, didn't clean the rims properly, I had smears and blots all over the car . Wanted to charge me to clean the rims . Won't use them again read more
