However, Ive used these for years in the USA. Overall wash quality is what I would expect. It'll never be as good as a hand wash, but its also a lot cheaper and faster. And so far I have not noticed any damage to my car. But their prices are expensive. If you go for a single wash, they charge you extra for the self-serve vacuum and mat cleaner. This should be included free. They are only free, if you buy their monthly plan. If you want to do this, then sure, but you need to wash at least 3x per mo to make it worthwhile. For some reason their website now only lets you subscribe to the monthly top tier plan which is super pricey though. Location is pretty convenient and easy to get to. The place itself is a little cramped. You have to make a really sharp turn right before you get to the wash tunnel, so I imagine some longer vehicles may have trouble. If they throw in free vacuum with each individual wash, then they deserve 4 stars. 5 stars is only if the washes are perfect, and it never will be. As-is, they are a solid 3 star car wash.

The interior clean was also good. They basically wiped down all the surfaces, and vacuumed with a shop vac (i saw them do it). Its not a detailing job, so dont expect a showroom type clean. Its more like a good car wash and interior vacuum at home. For the price, its fine. Better than a drive through wash and self-vacuum for sure, and not a lot more cost. Takes about half hour. The guy I dealt with was friendly and got the job done. If I had to criticize something, its the actual facility and Im taking a star off for that. The car wash lane/tunnel is basically a covered driveway. They wash your car there, then drag a shop vac around to vacuum it. It doesnt have the modern professional car wash appearance with built-in vacuums, neon lights and nice decor. Their waiting room/front office is like a run-down trailer park home of a hoarder. Lots of clutter, messy, dilapidated. They also sell used cars from that office, so there were used car customers there too. Its a really weird juxtaposition with luxury vehicles (for sale) parked in front of this run down building situated in a lot that reminds you of a scrap yard.

I chose the platinum wash .. which after taxes was about $31.50. I love how the place is 24 hours and there's always a guy working to give you a reminder of the instructions of how to prepare for your turn to go through the wash once you choose your self serve option when you first drive in! I also found out I could redeem my PC optimum points for a free car wash (any type for 10k points). I'm not sure if you can do the redemption at the pump or if it's only inside the store. You get a $2 off any car wash when you get gas. And you can add the car wash option at the pump. Without the discount the basic car wash starts at $13.99 or $15.99. I remembered it being quite steep. The price chart is available at the cashier and I forgot to take a picture of that. The wash is pretty good and I can see the dust and grime being washed away by the high pressured water. I think the front of my car is cleaner than the rest. I've gotten gas here before and it's quite the usual process. If you're collecting pc points, I find it's better to get your card scanned at the store. Somehow my points tend not to show up when I do it at the pump. Maybe it's just my card. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. The front staff was accommodating and helped put together a cleaning package price for me and set a date. When I arrived for my appointment he took the keys and answered all of my questions and then sent me off with an expectation that it would take about 3 hours to complete. The nice part about their location is Tim Hortons being right nearby. I did utilize that in between, of course! I received a text message from them around the 3 hour mark and went to pickup my truck. They gave me a complimentary air freshener when I paid and then took me to inspect their service. I wasn't disappointed. It smelt SO fresh inside, the carpets were incredibly clean, all of the surfaces were clean and you could tell they'd spent time getting into the cracks of things. I will say however, that my steering wheel has never been the same- but that doesn't bother me. Whatever cleaning product they used stripped off the parts of the wheel that had been peeling- about one third of the steering wheel is slightly rough now. But again, doesn't bother me. However, if you have a nice-r vehicle or you're worried about things breaking or being peeled/chipped/etc, I think you should go to a more luxury auto detailer. Aladin is a great service for cars that are daily drivers. It is not a great service for expensive or new cars. I would 100% take my vehicle back to them. For the price and for the incredible clean it was worth it. I was enjoying the 'new/clean car smell' for days after!
