They are currently fixing my car today since we had to order parts for it. Some people say they are a little pricey but to me as long as customer service is done right you got my money and I did some research on my own for the parts that I needed and their price was like 20.00 over the online price so to me is worth it. She did said she call several dealers for the parts but couldn't find a lower local price available. Waiting 1 day to fix my car vs waiting a week or 2 for the same results for a safety issue is worth it to me. I have got their services before and they are on a growing pat, so still have some room for improvement in their part but I like them. They personally delivered the electric vehicle to the front of our hotel which was about 4 miles away from their business location. Laura, the owner, did a great job of explaining how to use this easily operable vehicle. We drove all around Key West and pulled over to get some food and to tour some local attractions. I took it to Tires on Location to install a tire...they charged me $65(plus tip) (!!!) to install ONE TIRE! And EXACTLY AS THE LAST TWO POSTERS - THEY DESTROYED MY WHEEL! I own a tire changer - the ONLY way you scratch rims this way - - is if it is intentional, callous, or being inept. I think "Tires on Location" is all three.
