I feel we got a fantastic deal on this one that they had already on the lot. It came with the upgraded batteries, premium seat, seats, premium wheels, and a few other upgrades. We later returned to have some maintenance done on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and once again received outstanding service! I would definitely recommend these guys!

We contacted Nick @ Northeast RV - because we trust him, he gave us a couple of ideas but also said that it would be best to find someone who knew more about it. We looked in the flyer that the campground distributed, and called for service. We called @ 9 and by 1pm Zach was here. He quickly diagnosed the issue - and didn't promise that a trick we could try would work - but said give it 24 hours and then reach out if it doesn't. Will update the review as we know more, but it was really nice to learn that we aren't crazy, that the fridge is just - to quote Zach - not the best.

When it finally was delivered, the guy was pretty rude and basically said it is what is and that he'd give us two extra hours which we didn't want anyways since we had other plans. Other people in our party made reservations after us with other companies and were on their carts before us. Customer service was not good. You can find better carts for cheaper prices elsewhere. This shop seems to have a great team of people who care about serving their community and visitors, and I wish more body shops on the mainland were like Tommy's!
