Awful experience. I'm not a person that complains much but I feel the need to warn people before…read moretrusting in this shop. Disappointing, there's no option to give this 0 stars.. I took my scooter here because it would only run with the choke on. I asked the mechanic to check the scooter for a vacuum/air leak because I had already completely disassembled and cleaned the carburetor myself. From the online research I had gathered an air leak would be the next thing to check for. He agreed to take on the job and quoted me $60-$100. Unfortunately, I didnt get this quote in writing. After a few days he texts me and says the scooter is done. When I arrived to pick up the scooter I was very surprised to hear the total service charge was now $248. We talked through what exactly was done to the scooter and he informs me that he didn't do a leak-down test to check for an air leak but rather cleaned and tuned the carburetor and jets (which as I mentioned above I had already done myself). Anyway, he "cut me a deal for -$48" and I reluctantly payed $200 for service charge. As I'm driving the scooter home I realize it's running very rough the hotter it gets so I load it into my brothers truck and haul it home. The next day I curiously open the carburetor to see whats going on and come to realize what this mechanic had actually done. Instead of diagnosing and finding the source of the problem he found a way to make it look like the choke had been turned off but is still in fact running with the choke on. The way he did this was by shortening the choke cable and giving the illusion that the choke is off. I knew this as soon as I opened the carburetor and saw the the cable had been unwound and wrapped shorter. I went back to the shop and asked for a refund and was denied. Sorry about the lengthy post but I wanted to be thorough. Hopefully this will help nudge some of you in a different direction when it comes to choosing a repair shop

I will state with conviction what others have said here, Fuzzy is a stand up guy, honest, no bs, and very knowledgeable about his inventory and HDs in general. Qualities not often seen in today's retailers. Prices were on the low side for the condition of the bikes. I will do business with him again, for maintenance, upgrades and my next bike purchase, for sure.

If I could leave negative stars for this dealership I would. I recently purchased a 2006 Softail…read moreSpringer Classic from FUZZY (the owner) that was delivered in January up to Chicago, IL. I found the bike on Ebay, and it looked very nice! The listing for the ad stated that the bike was "ONE NICE SPRINGER", which it is, HOWEVER, the listing also stated that the bike was "READY TO RIDE", which is a LIE. The day I received the bike I quickly realized that it has no working brake lights, horn, speedometer, turn signals, hazards, or functional gas gage, and it has water in the brake lines. On top of that, it was leaking primary fluid, and the motor oil was BLACK. All fluids have to be dropped. What the HELL Keys Cycles!!! What ever happened to honest disclosure? I just got the bad news today from Illinois Harley Davidson in Countryside, IL. ($1250 TOTAL FOR REPAIRS!) I should file a complaint with eBay. The listing advertised "No disappointments here", which is also a lie. Had someone come in to look at the bike they would have talked him down $1500 or walked away from this nightmare. (I paid $8K cash for this thing! I can't help feeling that I was taken advantage of because I purchased this scooter sight unseen, and he would never have to answer for his dishonesty. The owner was under the weather throughout the entire sale and negotiation process and well and was super rude throughout. Luckily for him I was determined to buy this bike, so I tolerated his terrible personality. Lastly, I was charged $600 for him to transport the bike up to Miami where it was picked up by the hauler because no one wants to drive down to Po Dunk Marathon FL. for work. I am normally not a tattle tale, but in this case I can not site back and let other unsuspecting people be fooled by this dealership. Do not buy ANYTHING from this dealership without going down there to look at it first under any circumstances! I have been a member of eBay for 14 years and have 100% feedback, so take it from me, buyer beware!!
