Because of this offering, my partner and I gave this location a try several nights ago. The ambiance is the same throughout the country. This restaurant seemed relatively clean and well staffed. We were greeted and promptly shown to our table. While it took a while for our server to make his way to our table, he did a nice job serving us. We ordered an appetizer, which we rarely do. When the meatballs arrived, it was a nice portion. They definitely could have been warmer but overall, they tasted pretty good. We also seemed to wait quite awhile for our drinks and our soup, salad and breadsticks. The drinks were good and were reasonably priced. Our first bowls of soup could have been hotter; our second bowls were appropriately hot. The salad was good and we received an ample amount of breadsticks. Since it was only moderately busy during our visit, food service could have been faster and food temperatures could have been better. Overall, this remains one of the few chain restaurants we would consider revisiting throughout the year.

Order pickup is quick and easy and you can do that online as well. They have bakers dozen Tuesday, which I do occasionally and it's 13 bagels for $6.99. You can mix and match and customize, so it's nice for a get together breakfast or just to stock up on bagels and freeze. My only complaint is this: I recently wanted to do a delivery order to a business as a thank you. For regular delivery, they did not deliver to that address, however, when I tried to do a catering order, they did deliver to that address. The only issue is that catering orders have to be a $50 minimum and I was no where close to spending that much. I find it pretty silly to deliver there for catering, but not regular delivery. I understand it needing to be worth their time, so maybe put a $25 minimum and add delivery fee, or something like that. I would use it frequently if they had that option for when I want to send a thank you or when we have out of town guests. I did email Panera and they explained to me what I just detailed and that's fine I guess. It's not too far away, so rapid pick up isn't a total inconvenience, but I wanted to send bagels to the business around 8am and that didn't work for my schedule so I had to use another business.
