    Fruit and cream smoothie yum
    Ebony R.

In this day of the Covid it is really nice to go to a place and be able to go inside. I was meeting someone here and I did not know that they had built this location here. I had wondered what they plan on doing with this corner when they knocked the the service station. I think that scooters was a good choice. I thought all scooters were drive thru only but to my surprise this one is not. Went inside and sat at a booth I love the red high back seating but I am not a fan of the size of the booth it is most definitely not for bigger people. So I finished my meeting and decided to get a coffee I was going to try the turtle latte but it is made with snickers. So I decided to try something else and while I was walking to the front there was a worker icing cinnamon rolls. I was like that seems like a good idea and then I looked in the case and they also have a cinnamon roll with caramel. So McKenna asked me what would I like to try and I said one of those cinnamon rolls but with caramel and she said that they could do that and I was like really and so she added caramel to my iced cinnamon roll. So now it is beverage time I decided to go with the mango fruit and cream smoothie. McKenna then asked me did I want to add another flavor I was like ok yeah let me add peach. She also told me if I downloaded the app that I could get $2 off my purchase today for there official unofficial grand opening so I did. I love rewards, saving money. The smoothie was so delicious I could not stop drinking it on my way home. How ever you will see that there are nuts on top of the cinnamon roll in my picture that is not the way that it comes. I just forgot to take a picture before I put them on. The cinnamon roll was not very tasty even after I warmed it up and put nuts. On my return visit i think i will try another dessert.

Excellent experience with great customer service. The coffee shop is very clean and inviting, I'll definitely be back

    Iced chai tea latte

Stopped at the bank today and had some time to kill before picking up my kid from school, so decided to pop into this new scooter's location. Only two teenagers working but it was mid-afternoon, so the place wasn't that busy. The young man recommended an iced chai tea latte, as I'm more of a tea person than coffee person. Service was quick and my beverage was excellent! Sat down to send some work emails and noticed that both employees were working very hard. The employee even came over to see how my drink was. Glad there are several non-coffee options here. Will be back.

This is how they handed it to us then shut the window quickly

I've tried several of their pastries -- mango, apple, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and more -- and each one is designed to look like a little fruit or object. The presentation alone is amazing. Everything always tastes fresh and clean. Some flavors naturally lean a little sweeter or slightly artificial because they're fruit-inspired desserts, but never in an overpowering way. The textures are what really stand out to me -- the crunch of the shell combined with the smooth fruit fillings is incredible. I also had a small issue once, and the owner took care of it immediately with no questions asked. I won't get into details because it was honestly just an understandable mistake, but the customer service was excellent. Great desserts and great people behind the business.

My colleagues and I tried it once for a work meet up and now it has turned into our regular go to. I had the Ball N Chain my first visit, and that alone made me a fan. I cannot remember exactly what everyone else ordered, but we were all on the same page that this place was a great find. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it is the kind of place where you can work, meet up or just unwind for a bit. If you want good coffee and a spot with laid-back vibe, definitely check them out. The staff is wonderful too. I think their family owned. I'm not sure.

The place itself is on the smaller side. There are a few additional seats available in the back, but most were taken by people working, and we didn't want to intrude, so we sat in the front. We tried their monthly lattes: I ordered the Chicory Mellow and my partner got the Banana Cream Latte. Both came topped with marshmallow cream, which made me worry they'd be overly sweet, but they were actually nicely balanced. Mine had two shots of espresso, though it still leaned on the milder side. My partner enjoyed his latte enough to order a second drink: Red Eye--which was okay, but had a slightly burnt flavor. Overall, a friendly spot with creative drinks. I'd like to come back and try more of their menu; their tea selections seem solid.

Such a cute spot with great big windows, ample seating, and local artwork. The coffee was great, and food was delicious. Everything was served hot and quickly. They're also dog friendly which was a huge plus - our little fur ball loved the pumpkin treat we got there too. I loved elemental coffee so much that even though I am not local to the cafe, I ordered a gift card for a co worker in the area on a bad day - because I trust this place can brighten most anyone's day. If I am ever back in OKC, you can guarantee my visit!

That price isn't even including a tip. This place has always been pricier than the rest, but a couple years ago they used to give your to-go coffees in a mason jar so it was justified. Now the mason jars are gone, the cups are barely bigger than a claw clip, and somehow they're charging even more. This was my fourth time here and I wanted to give them another shot, but it'll have to be my last try. You can get much better coffee at a much more fair price at other places in the city. The only strength Elemental has is that it has a bit longer food menu than other cafes, but if you're paying more than $20 for a tiny coffee and a mediocre snack then you are wasting your time and money. Also, I don't expect you to yell a welcome or fall on your knees to greet me when I walk in, but the service here is miserable and always has been. The barista asked me how I was doing, to which I said good thank you, then just stared at me for a good few seconds. I guess that means go ahead and order here. A simple "what would you like today" would suffice. Most places you get used to waiting a second while the barista prepares the system, so if that's not the case, just say something. Then they hand you your to-go drink without a lid, because the $9.50 you spent doesn't cover that level of labor and you need to do it yourself. I love to support our local coffee shops here in OKC, but you'll never find me recommending Elemental. Which is a shame, because the mason jars in my cabinet at home are a good reminder of when they served unique and fairly priced coffee. I am so thoroughly disappointed that I made an account just to say this. At least the espresso is okay.
