I stop at this location quite frequently before heading into work and appreciate the convenience of the location for when I want a nice, sugary coffee fix before starting the 9 to 5 grind. The drive thru--and a cool one at that, nice change of pace to drive through a tunnel--fluctuates on busyness depending on the weekday, but I've taken to going inside so I can soak up a bit of coffee shop peacefulness before work. The inside will usually only have a couple tables occupied, and maybe one or two people waiting to order at the counter at any given time. I'm more partial to the candy bar lattes, which usually don't change in quality depending on who makes them. With other drinks, like the ever popular Caramelicious, sometimes the taste of the drink can shift from being too sweet one day, to bland the next. From what I've sampled of their plain coffee brews, those are pretty tasty as well (like the cinnamon creme), so one of these days I might switch away from my Zero Bar Latte favorite. I don't really go for the food options besides a chocolate chip cookie once in a while, so can't comment on their breakfast choices they have available. I do feel that the workers can have a harder time juggling the counter orders with the drive thru ones, which can be seen when they're understaffed for a morning. Not a pet peeve for me, but if you want your coffee RIGHT AWAY when settling down to do some work in the mornings, that might not happen. Everyone that works at this location has always been polite to me, and some of them have started to remember my usual, which always makes me smile because you know they take their job seriously enough to care. read more

Beautiful store but service is hit and miss. Unfortunately, today is a one star because they wouldn't accept my scooters cup through the drive-through to dispose of so that I could put my new Scooter's beverage in my cup holder to enjoy on my way to work. Specifically, the guy working said he doesn't take "trash" through the drive-thru, which made me feel like I was gross for even asking. He suggested that I drive around, park, throw my cup away I'm a bin out front.....and this entire process of him telling me to do so took about 3 times the amount of time it would have taken to simply take my Scooter's cup and dispose of it. I didn't have time to drive around and park. What makes this even more frustrating is: the baristas there have taken my cups before AND the guy tried to Darkly and over-enthusiastically say "Have a GREAT DAY" after completely ruining my morning. Trying hard at proving why the systematic approach Starbucks takes to production and customer service works well. Staff does a great job of fulfilling the slogan, "breakfast all day'" by taking all day to make an order. Out of all the locations I've been to, this one has the most private feel and I love being able to pick somewhere quiet to work. Usually quiet when I go in and stays that way. Easy to work on things here without being bothered by a lot of people coming in or out. It's pretty close by where I rent and I like stopping in a few times a week to get some coffee and work before class or work. The staff is usually polite, the coffee is hot, and the place is clean. Good location with a Drive-Thru and free Wi-Fi. I tend to prefer Scooters over Starbucks for two main reasons. Their coffee is not as over brewed as Starbucks so it has a cleaner taste. (I realize this is debatable and more of a personal preference) And, I love that the Drive-Thru line usually only has 2-3 cars at the most even during peak times. Starbucks on Pine Lake has 8-15 cars in line, at all times of the day. This is crazy if all you need is a cup of Joe on your way to work. Prices are slightly lower then Starbucks and they have very similar menu options so you can get whatever you tend to like. My advice, skip Starbucks and head over to Scooters. Or maybe not because I don't want to wait behind you for my coffee!!! read more

I decided to go to Scooters after lunch today to get myself a coffee and as always the coffee and staff were wonderful but I have one issue. The drive-thru had some sort of plastic protection barrier on the window that separated the customer and the worker. I understand that it is a precautionary measure because of the pandemic but it made talking to the employee difficult. The employee that was working the window was attempting to make friendly conversation with me but we were both struggling to communicate because the plastic was getting in the way of the sound. I don't understand the point when the plastic doesn't even cover most of the window. I think the plastic makes the interaction more awkward than it needs to be. read more

This location gets my order right most of the time. They are so much better about not upselling than some other locations- ask me once if it makes sense to my order but beyond that and you are just being ridiculous. Overall, I am pretty happy with this location. read more

The iced coffees are basically just water. I went back to ask them to put coffee in my drink and they said that's how they make iced coffee at Scooters. Worst customer service around! I kept giving them the opportunity to prove me wrong but I will NEVER go back to this one again! I will drive way out of my way to a different Scooters for a 100% better experience. Wrong order, ring up the amounts wrong, rude staff and only fill your cup 3/4 of the way full! Scooters is a great place to visit and get your daily fix. The black coffee is good, the mochas are superb, the bagels are fresh, and the staff is excellent. I frequent the location inside the NSOB, and the staff know me & have my "usual" ready for me by the time I reach the counter. read more
