They use an ancient bottling machine in their little warehouse, where they produce more than 30 flavors of soda pop, including: lemon, cream soda, root beer, butterscotch root beer, strawberry, grape, orange pineapple, grapefruit, vanilla cherry cola, mango, cherry citrus, orange, lime, lemon-lime, ginger beer, blue raspberry cream and a lot more. The cream soda is unlike any cream soda you've tried. The lemon is also terrific. My son and I also enjoyed the blue raspberry cream. They recently held a sampling event (Feb. 6, 2016) that drew a tremendous crowd. The event lacked organization and was a bit chaotic, but we still had fun. They use filtered water and pure cane sugar to produce a product with a crisp, clean finish. It's sweet without being too sugary. It has a great taste and makes great floats. They are typically open on Saturdays from 10-2. If you love old-fashioned soda pop, you have to try this Minnesota crafted product. It's great...something that both children, and children-at-heart will enjoy. You can mix and match your favorite flavors to create an 8 pack ($11, including the bottle deposit) or a case of 24 for $21, plus more for the deposit. If you don't want returnable bottles, you can purchase their North Star craft soda pop in packages of 4 bottles for $5 (available in a smaller selection of four different flavors).
