So I was foulish and believed they would be true to their word, and I paid in full. This program is a weighing in services, buy their food, and fat reduction procedures. I tried the program and became ill from the food, I made them aware of this and to no avail have I received any refund. I had to give away what food I purchased and tried to recover even a portion of my payment. They offered to have me restart their program but I can't eat their food which is a requirement, according to their specifications to be successful on their plan. I was scammed and they have been unwilling to to give any type of refund. I agree that I should pay something for the few visits I had with them but not $1926.00 which I foolishly paid in full. I saw them (4) times NO weight loss procedures we formed, and you got totally unwilling to even discuss any type of refund. I would tell ALL to run the other way and or do NOT pay in full as you will have no recourse to get your monies back. Bad bad management. I asked to speak to the owner and the Rebecca Sterr gave me the run around ever time. So I say shame on Physicians Weight Loss Center. Since the only recourse I have left is to post, I am going to share my story with everyone I can to warn them so this does not happen to them!

Over the years I seen the ups and downs of the center. Right now things are going very good. The place is clean, it's open 24 hours with your key card, caters to Silver Sneakers members and the workers are friendly and helpful. This winter I had an issue with my key card not working. I told Bria at the front desk and she immediately took the card, went outside in the -20 weather to try it out. She went on the computer, did something and I haven't had a problem since. When the wife and I became Silver Sneakers members, Bria handled the paper work and it has been smooth sailing ever since. I use the center at least 6-7 times a week and highly recommend it.

We went to this location through the drive thru and ordered two large strawberry banana smoothies…read morewith no boba. We received two large strawberry smoothies with boba but didn't realize until we took a sip and were already pulled away. We went back through the drive thru to tell them their was a mistake and they proceeded to take the smoothies back that we had already drank from and put the smoothie and the boba back in the blender to blend the boba into the smoothie instead of remake with no boba. So when we got our new smoothies they had all the casings from the boba mixed in the smoothie it was disgusting to have little sacks in our smoothies. We were so frustrated we just left. This happened 1/14/24 between 410-425pm. I reached out to them about this experience and never heard anything back.
