I didn't get the name of the barista, but she was sweet, friendly, and someone I'd hire, if I was running a business. In fact, there was a very elderly gentleman there who appeared to possibly have some form of dementia. if not, he seemed a little confused. Appeared she knew him, but she was so kind to him. Unfortunately, the Cappuccino was a latte. So many coffee places advertised Cap's, but they put 8 to 12 oz of milk. A Cap has foam only or very little milk and mostly foam. In this way, you get a taste of the espresso, but its tempered. Plus, that's just what a Cap is. If I want a Latte, I'll order that. Taste was fine, had I ordered a Latte. Anyway, shout out for good service, and thus a 3 star. Maybe their other drinks are good.

After I instantly seen it was missing part of my Drink the Very Same Barista Said you ordered No Ice & so that's how it comes. There was absolutely no way that I was going to waste My Time or Energy on arguing with this woman to get my drink Corrected & I instead left and called Starbucks. The way they do the customers at this location is ridiculous. This lady clearly has no Customer Service Skill.. or Barista skills. Serving Customers venti Drinks with hardly anything. If I pay for Almond Milk & Extra Foam I expect a Full venti. Every other Starbucks in this town knows how to make it right yet this location is robbing the customers of the money and serving them empty Drinks. From this Day on I will never ever Go to this Location nor will I ever recommend this place. I will tell everyone I know who asks me about Starbucks to avoid this location. I really feel sorry for customers who don't speak up or call to get a refund and think that serving Half drinks are okay!
