Was I going to argue with her in front of families and children over four dollars? Of course not. But I do hope she is spoken to about customer service. This place promotes itself as a neighborly, community-focused establishment, and unfortunately, her behavior completely removed the sense of community from this Zoyo experience. I do want to highlight that the employee helping us was absolutely amazing kind, welcoming, and a sweetheart. She was willing to apply the discount until the manager stepped in and made her remove it. There were other children wearing pajamas very similar to mine, and I sincerely hope their fun wasn't taken away as well, because Pajama Night is supposed to be a fun Wednesday evening event for families and kids. If you look at my Yelp history, I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews. I'm a very understanding person. However, when I feel that a company or someone representing it creates a genuine concern in terms of customer experience, I believe it's important to bring it to light

We tried Scooptacular for the first time and found our new ice cream spot! From the moment we walked in, Chloe immediately made us feel welcome with her friendly greeting and warm energy. While we were looking over the menu and asking questions about different flavors, she took her time explaining the ingredients and was so patient with every question we had. Each time, she would follow up with, "Would you like to try a sample?" so we could really make sure we chose something we liked - and she never once seemed bothered, even when we asked about several different flavors. Chloe's customer service really stood out and honestly made the whole experience. She was friendly, patient, genuinely helpful, and just made everything feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she cares about customers having a good experience. The ice cream was delicious, but Chloe is really what made the visit memorable. Everything from start to finish felt smooth, welcoming, and just really positive. This will definitely be our new go to ice cream spot.
