They have always stayed at their vet until now so I was nervous about leaving them in a new place, especially the older one. They were VERY well taken care of and came home so happy, and with no upset tummies which always happened at the vet. The caretakers sent photos, answered my texts/calls, and just all around made the experience for the pups very comfortable and loved. I never felt like we were a burden or that they weren't wanted. We were welcomed from the first phone call inquiry about boarding and daycare. Petsuites is more than what we paid when they boarded at the vet BUT their rooms are larger, they get play time with other furry babies, more potty walks, and loved on by many caretakers. We typically receive an end-of-stay report detailing how Marie did with eating, playtime, and overall behavior, along with photos from group play sessions. During longer stays, staff would also usually provide updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The Issue: The only communication we received during Marie's stay was a call informing us that she had been injured by another dog. We were told she had a small mark behind her ear, but when we picked her up, she had multiple marks and scratches that appeared more significant than what had been described to us. To make matters worse, we never received the usual end-of-stay report. Customer Service: When I called afterward to ask about the missing report, the employee at the front desk, Brooklyn, was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that because Marie had already been checked out, they could no longer send one. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available. I had to specifically request that a note be left for the manager, Melissa, to call me back. When Melissa eventually returned my call, she unfortunately had no answers about what happened to Marie during her stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or concern regarding the situation and our experience overall. Overall: As returning customers, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Communication, transparency, and accountability are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet, and unfortunately this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Sadly, Marie will not be returning after this experience.

They have been there twice before with good results. We arrived as scheduled at 11am and the owner says will be ready about 2:30 to 3pm (there was only one other dog on the grooming tables). Not having received any calls from them, after more than 4 hours, we arrived 3:15pm and there were not ready; instead of taking responsibility the owner starts with excuses; blaming us for not brushing the dogs, etc.!! She asks for 30-35 more minutes. We step out to get a smoothie and return 4:15 (this double the time she asked for), but still not ready. In a 90+ degrees day she asks us to step outside. Then her rude aggressive daughter starts berating us after we softly said it has been over 5 hours since they have the dogs (and almost 2 hours since they were due). Anyone can have a bad day; perhaps scheduling issues, short staff, etc., but what is unforgivable is not owning it and then blaming the customer and berating us. Finally, to add insult to injury they cut in half two of our new Seresto collars $58 each saying the hair was entangled (those collars were less than two weeks old) and also increased the price over 10% from 8 weeks ago. Beware here; your experience can go from wonderful to awful in no time. They don't own their mistakes and then blame (and berate) the customer. So Sad!

Having a Shih tzu, sometime groomers can cut them too look a certain gender. I had never know my Macy was getting a boys cut! Zachis highly recommendable. You can tell he has a lot of experience. He's a very kind soul who made Macy feel comfortable at the groomers. If you have a rescue who can sometimes be shy, Zach can really help to make their experience as trauma free as possible. Because he's been doing it for so long, he often finds things I would have never thought to look for. For example, Macy's ears needed cleaning and I had never really thought I could do it. Apparently, her type of breed is known for ear infections, and sure enough she had what looked to be like one. Zach pointed it out (Making me feel like a bad dog mom but I am eternally grateful he showed me) and gave me tips on how to clean her ears myself so I could make sure it doesn't get too bad. (He was not diagnosing her, as he is not a vet, rather he was just stating how Shih Tzus need their ears cleaned regularly.) Four corners is really affordable too. They never try to overprice for your dog and really give you what you pay for. If you're looking for a new groomer I really suggest you check them out. And don't forget to ask for Zach! Oh and by the way, I hear he's an excellent cat groomer as well. I don't have a cat, so I cannot give advice on the quality, but if it's anywhere close to his dog grooming skills your feline will come out looking fabulous!

They always greeted her by name & with love. The daily photo report cards were the highlight of our day. At the age of 18 (mostly blind & deaf) she passed away last week. I notified them and canceled an upcoming appointment. Today we received a card in the mail with a personal message from each employee. It brought tears to our eyes and further validated our decision to forgo cheaper alternatives and entrust her to these caring staff members who go above and beyond. They have our eternal gratitude.

WOW!!! What an amazing store! We've always seen this store when we visit our daughter but have…read morenever stopped until this day. We were thinking that it would just be like an old feed store. Boy were we wrong! We were greeted immediately upon entering. We gravitated towards the dog and cat supplies since we have dogs and a cat and were SO amazed at the variety of food and treats that they have! Some of the treat items were very unusual and interesting. We even found a dog doormat that we've been looking for in our area but hadn't had any luck. The clerk was so friendly and knowledgeable and also knew her regular customers by name. Totally different experience than going into a chain pet store. They have baby chicks for sale which was posted on a sign outside and what drew us in. They have items for horses, rabbits, chinchillas, reptiles, birds, toy horses, some people snacks, and so much more! This is definitely a "superstore" and a place that we won't hesitate to visit again the next time we're in Orlando. If you have any pets, you should definitely give this place a try!
