Absolutely amazing service -- highly recommend!…read more Voni from LitterMates is fantastic. This is a local, family-run business (not a franchise), and it shows in the care, attention to detail, and pride she takes in her work. She deep-cleaned our Litter-Robot and the difference was honestly incredible. We thought we were keeping up with maintenance -- until we saw the before-and-after photos! Everything came back spotless, fresh, and running like new. Voni was friendly, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. Pricing is more than fair for the level of service -- in fact, it's great value when you see the result. If you've been putting off a proper deep clean or wondering whether it's worth it -- it is. Support a brilliant local business and treat your cats (and yourself!) to this service. Can't recommend them enough.

I have chronic health issues and Voni was so compassionate in really listening to what I needed. She customized a weekly service plan that met all my needs and then some! She is meticulous and thorough in her cleaning. Dependable, quick, and efficient. All brooms, no vacuums! Spectacular service provided all IN SILENCE! Voni also offers personally tested products in addition to her services. Her prices are competitive with her ability to buy in bulk. Voni is a pleasure to have in my home each week. She is always on time and communicates better than any company I have worked with in a long time. Every week she confirms our time. When my messaging wasn't working and I hadn't responded to her text by the night before, she called to check on me. Her call is what made me aware I even had a messaging issue. I received a torrent of texts about 12 hours later! Point is that Voni and Litter Mates provide TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5/5 'S Voni's makes ownership of a rescued and bonded pair of calico siblings a stress-free pleasure!! So, I took to Yelp, like I usually do, and when I saw DogStar had Heather and Brent's approval, I knew they had to be my first contact. I sent a message late at night expecting a response in the morning. Much to my surprise, Joseph answered my message in under five minutes, instructing me to call in the morning and he'd do his best to squeeze me in. I called first thing in the morning, and it worked out for them to send Dan to us in the mobile grooming truck less than two hours later. He did a wonderful job with Rocky (getting him all clean and shaved and the full works) and I'm extra grateful because he let us know about an ear infection, so we were then off to find a vet. Would definitely recommend them and use them if I get a dog while in the area.

When I finally reached someone they told me to text them which I did and it's been two days with no response. Why tell someone to text you if you want respond back? To the owner if you are this busy where you can not answer texts, Yelp messenger, business phone, cell phone then tell new customers you can't take new clients, it's the respectful thing to do.

Having a Shih tzu, sometime groomers can cut them too look a certain gender. I had never know my Macy was getting a boys cut! Zachis highly recommendable. You can tell he has a lot of experience. He's a very kind soul who made Macy feel comfortable at the groomers. If you have a rescue who can sometimes be shy, Zach can really help to make their experience as trauma free as possible. Because he's been doing it for so long, he often finds things I would have never thought to look for. For example, Macy's ears needed cleaning and I had never really thought I could do it. Apparently, her type of breed is known for ear infections, and sure enough she had what looked to be like one. Zach pointed it out (Making me feel like a bad dog mom but I am eternally grateful he showed me) and gave me tips on how to clean her ears myself so I could make sure it doesn't get too bad. (He was not diagnosing her, as he is not a vet, rather he was just stating how Shih Tzus need their ears cleaned regularly.) Four corners is really affordable too. They never try to overprice for your dog and really give you what you pay for. If you're looking for a new groomer I really suggest you check them out. And don't forget to ask for Zach! Oh and by the way, I hear he's an excellent cat groomer as well. I don't have a cat, so I cannot give advice on the quality, but if it's anywhere close to his dog grooming skills your feline will come out looking fabulous!

Dog Day Afternoon (DDA) is available for daytime distractions for your pups or longer boarding. They offer online streaming video to see your dog while you're away, and also offer services like dog washing, nail trimming, water play, private play time, etc. Seems like the perfect place for a doting dog owner! One thing to note is they require a break-away collar when you drop your dog off. They have them for sale or rent, but we've forgotten ours a few times and they've been cool about it and not charged us. The only thing that's been annoying is the streaming hasn't worked the last two times the pup has been there. That's kind of one of the big perks of going to them, so it was a bummer. They didn't have any explanation for it when we asked. They have two outdoor areas as well as a separate space for the "gentles." This means your timid and sensitive dog won't get bullied in the playground. Overall, a definite favorite for boarding in town. They have a referral bonus if you refer a friend. We've gotten free days when a friend took our advice to go to DDA.

My husband and I have trusted PetSuites with our puppy, Marie, several times over the past year,…read morewhich is why this most recent experience was so upsetting. In the past, we've always had great experiences here. We typically receive an end-of-stay report detailing how Marie did with eating, playtime, and overall behavior, along with photos from group play sessions. During longer stays, staff would also usually provide updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The Issue: The only communication we received during Marie's stay was a call informing us that she had been injured by another dog. We were told she had a small mark behind her ear, but when we picked her up, she had multiple marks and scratches that appeared more significant than what had been described to us. To make matters worse, we never received the usual end-of-stay report. Customer Service: When I called afterward to ask about the missing report, the employee at the front desk, Brooklyn, was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that because Marie had already been checked out, they could no longer send one. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available. I had to specifically request that a note be left for the manager, Melissa, to call me back. When Melissa eventually returned my call, she unfortunately had no answers about what happened to Marie during her stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or concern regarding the situation and our experience overall. Overall: As returning customers, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Communication, transparency, and accountability are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet, and unfortunately this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Sadly, Marie will not be returning after this experience.

They have always stayed at their vet until now so I was nervous about leaving them in a new place, especially the older one. They were VERY well taken care of and came home so happy, and with no upset tummies which always happened at the vet. The caretakers sent photos, answered my texts/calls, and just all around made the experience for the pups very comfortable and loved. I never felt like we were a burden or that they weren't wanted. We were welcomed from the first phone call inquiry about boarding and daycare. Petsuites is more than what we paid when they boarded at the vet BUT their rooms are larger, they get play time with other furry babies, more potty walks, and loved on by many caretakers. Dear Owners of Woof Gang bakery Grooming,…read more I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an incident that occurred today, October 29, 2025. As a loyal customer of Woof Gang for over a year, consistently paying $130.00, including gratuities, on a three-week basis, I had an extremely disappointing experience under the new ownership. Today, I had to wait for four hours for my dog, Faithy, to be fully groomed, which included a Blueberry Facial. After three hours, I received a text notification, along with two photos, informing me that Faithy had a bowel movement. The message further stated that if this happened again, she would be sent home as is, due to the delay caused by other dogs (eight dogs on the roster and only one groomer). Natalie, the groomer, would finish Faithy's grooming once she got through the others, but it would take a while longer. I am appalled by this subpar treatment and the lack of proper service. Faithy's hair around her eyes and face was not trimmed as requested, her nails were not cut, and the overall service was horrific. Furthermore, the communication regarding the delays and the handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. As a dedicated customer, I would like to understand your policy on sending a dog home if they have defecated. Additionally, I would appreciate knowing what steps you plan to take to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Your prompt attention. still waiting....no response.
