(Don't let the name on the building confuse you, they are now affiliated with True Value but it is still locally owned and operated.) I've been here several times for pieces and parts for various projects, and they have had my parts on hand. They are conveniently located off the 169/92. They have ample parking with easy access. Their staff has been very helpful. On a recent visit, we were in for some items that we ran short of, and, of course they had enough for us to finish. BUT, more importantly, we had an unusual design that we wanted to implement. I wasn't too sure if the right pieces and parts existed to implement our design. Surprisingly their staff got the visual quickly and was helpful in thinking outside of the box for searching for a solution. This rarely happens in the big box stores! It was very refreshing to talk with a staff that actually has worked on projects. We'll be back!

Once I brought an empty tank for my grill down to get refilled. I stopped in the store first to pick up a couple of things and pay for the tank, but a worker had already spotted the tank in the back of my truck and filled it up for me before I even asked - now, that's service! They have a nice lumber yard and a small repair shop for tools. The greenhouse always has a nice supply of flowers and veggies and trees in the spring and summer seasons. There is also a plentiful supply of items that can be rented - from chairs/tents to tillers and other machinery.

I had a different stylist this time and usually my dog would be at the groomers for a few hours. This time they called me after about 45mins to an hour and said she was all finished. When I picked her up, her ears were still wet and I noticed some parts of her were not completely trimmed as well as they have been in the past. My appt was just a few days ago and her hair has a mat in it behind her ear from that area not being trimmed properly. A little frustrated only because I've had such good experiences in the past with a different groomer from this establishment and this time it was not anywhere near to what it usually is.

Turned out to be a great experience for our puppy. Skyler took great care of our buddy. She was friendly and positive and Dune appeared to like her right away. He was looking a little too furry. When we picked him up he looked amazing. Skyler said he was very well behaved and was easy to work with. We were a bit concerned as Dune is very energetic. After all he is just a puppy. We'll return to have Dune taken care of whenever it's needed. A very clean and professional facility with enough room to not have multiple pets in the same room. Great job!

We came home and my dog ate his and the next day when I came home from work my dog had terrible diarrhea. I just figured that this would go away after it got out of his system but it did not. I had called the store to let them know that I felt they should take the remaining ones off of the shelf to prevent other dogs from becoming sick. The guy who answered the phone told one of the ladies who works there which I am assuming is a manager, that my dog was sick from the cake. I could hear her in the background say that is impossible there's nothing in those treats that can make a dog sick. I ended up having to take my dog to the vet and spend $140 there because he never got better.
