I disagree but the bottom line is he left! The lady was unapologetic and had a very bad attitude. Bottom line, they did a great job cleaning up the yard. That's all I wanted them for so I guess I shouldn't be really worried about customer service in a company like this. They came in they said they wanted they clean up the yard fast and they left. We have loved this service for a few years now. I realize having a car roll up to our driveway…read morethat says Poop 911 is interesting, but it's a great service! Our dogs have loved all the employees that come to help us clean up our dogs waste. Very helpful service to have in the winter. We have had a few employees through the few years. All were great and trustworthy even if we were not home. Our scooper we now have has been a really nice young man who is in college. We love this service. Well worth the extra expense each month. Especially if you have 2 big dogs!

Another department would call me. I said do not charge my card 30 minutes later my card is charged and I have to go clean up the poop myself they wanted to come last week and I rescheduled because there was 8 inches of snow in my backyard and they said oh we can find it in the snow. I said I prefer to wait until the snow is gone- they came today and there's no snow and they missed all the poop so how would they have found it in 8 inches of snow , even-paid extra because I have part gravel and they didn't even clean the grass area let alone the gravel I texted the technician immediately after leaving and it showed the message was read on my phone and he never even responded.

He stated he needed to be shown around. I came out and advised him where the dogs typically go. He told me the yard was too big and he can only spend 15-20 minutes a yard. I said that's not a problem- he can just put on a timer and pick-up whatever he can in that time. He told me he won't do that- he needs to pick it all up every trip. He went on a rant that no one wants to work anymore. He told me he could come by Sunday and pick it up. I e-mailed him telling him I picked up all the waste and he can start initial service some time the following week and he did not respond.
