My other friend ordered the pastrami salad, another the Reuben, and another their vegetarian sandwich. It was here that I discovered one of my favorite German Beers, Bayreuther Hell. My friend ordered lemon and ginger tea and was given hot water with a real lemon wedge and ginger root in it. I noticed that this is common in Germany. I believe it is from some small private brewery affiliated with the restaurant somehow. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right, so definitely order the house beer.
