This option was unequivocally incorrect because of my severe astigmatism and corneal irregularities. Unfortunately, my sensory 'antennae' alerting me to his deceptive communication style, rushed visits, and lack of transparency occurred too late; and I went forward with this procedure receiving very little vision improvement. Additionally, his last recommendation (before I moved on) was to replace the lens of the other eye with a toric lens. I have since moved to a different practice where I am planning removal of the panoptix lens. Moreover, I've learned that there is no evidence of cataracts in the other eye (at least not enough to warrant removal and replacement) and corneal irregularity is also evident, further demonstrating Dr. Scimeca's utter failure to serve as my ophthalmologist.

The abusive way they verbally talked to me on the phone could be compared to Elder Abuse. They made a coding error and refused to listen to what my insurance company told me to tell them to do to reprocess it. The two staff members from billing were both the same way one was a manager and she obviously set the tone on how to treat customers.

This isn't my first eye exam in my life. ( She studied this topic, she can see my eye condition , whatever that maybe. I am here to learn her findings. She talked to her staff member who is note taking. She abruptly asked "do you have questions ? " I then asked "how are my eyes? Am I ok? Any aging issues if so any recommendations? ") She shrugged and looked at me and didn't have much to say. She didn't give me a Diagnosis or results of the many tests. I didn't have a comfortable experience with her, unfortunately. Assistants Morgan and Jeff were so helpful, kind, professional. They do the jobs so well. Maybe the portal will alert me of a visit summary.

They made me wait 3 weeks. When I was finally seen by Dr Brodowski he recommended eye drops and for me to see a specialist within their practice in Southampton. I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. In the meantime, the eye drops I was prescribed were not going to last as long as the doctor had ordered. You would think it would be a simple fix right? Wrong. The office staff acted as though this situation had never happened before. Dr Brodowski ended up calling me and blaming me for this situation. I explained that I have children's lives in my hands and he did not care. He said they are the most popular eye care practice and they would not miss me. I explained to him that having vision insurance is a luxury and that he should learn his demographic. He laughed. I guess when you're making a doctor's salary you don't care about the little people. I went to the appointment to see the specialist and they informed me that I was no longer welcome as a patient. I again explained my job and the importance of my vision and they did not care in the least. I never received a phone call or letter stating that Dr Brodowski dropped me as a patient. I had to take off work, unpaid, to go the that appointment. The moral of the story is that as long as this practice is taking in money hand over fist they cannot be bothered with my eyesight or the safety of your children.

I was fine with this. After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses.

Customer Service 2. Eye ball pictures 3. Easy to follow explanation I wish I knew the name of the person who did my eye imaging and eye pressure before Dr. Harris because she was a doll! Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. No idea why Shaquille O'neal comes all the way to Yardley for his eye care, but there he was!

It can be a comical show. And that's starting with my own 86 young mother. I had to ask them to reduce the air temperature cause she was freezing. Ten mins later, someone else was too warm. So I told her to turn it back down, and we went and stood out front for a few. And when we returned it at a much bearable temperature, I played mediator for a few folks who kept telling the receptionist they could not hear her when she spoke to them. So I used my more baritone voice that their hearing aids could pick up. I'm happy to assist my elderly. Meanwhile, my mom is in my right ear asking me why I am helping them? Got to love her. All in all, it is a good place and takes a lot of patience to handle what they deal with. Though this is an hour from me. With God's will and I get in my 70s, I hope my doctors are as friendly. Clean facilities. This office, I think, is only 1 doctor. So I feel he over books. To have so many scheduled within 15 mins is not good. The patients move slowly and need to talk. He needs to make a little more time for them to explain their symptoms and issues. My mother, who I know, is a constant complainer. Praises the way the doctor listens to her and keeps her healthy. She kept reminding me that her memory is not bad by telling me who everyone is in the office, but she can not remember my name. Thank you for keeping my mother as hea
