Although he was certainly knowledgeable, he asked me the right questions and he LISTENED to my answers! He suggested that *maybe* a larger higher more visible vehicle would be to my benefit. I took it home overnight to try it out And that is how I traded in my Edge the following day for my new RED Explorer! He asked the right questions and made a suggestion that has given me new comfort and security in driving a larger vehicle. Thank you to TRAVIS, Tom, and Dean for making all the details work out smoothly and again to Travis for patiently explaining how ALL the new buttons worked!!!!

I chose After Hours Automative after reading a lot of great reviews, focusing on their honesty and prices - and I wasn't disappointed in the least. They explained in detail exactly what was wrong and in a language that I could understand (in other words, not in "mechanic speak"! ^_^) I will be taking my car to After Hours from now on, as I know I can trust them explicitly. Highly recommend!

It was great to see the report and to know exactly what was needed and NOT needed. That was the first time I had ever seen such a report, and it gave my confidence that I was at the right repair shop! They completed all the work (with my approval first), and I had my vehicle back the same day. They did miss one thing on the list, because of a sensor, I turned around and went right back, they took it right in and took care of it without charging me. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and the people to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am just thrilled at the outcome of the whole day! My truck is running great, and I have found a GREAT auto repair shop that I will now continue with for any future vehicle maintenance or problems that may arise. I normally like to stay positive about companies because people have livelihoods but I'm also real…read more I went to this location because I had a catastrophic fuel leak where both my fuel pump and line rusted off and this company gladly took my truck back into the shop but as soon they saw some rot that was nowhere near the area of service and totally refused to fix the truck due to liability and saving their a**es and a week minimum to boot, AND on top of everything still charged me $60 just to look at the truck. I went to Northern Spring Company and I already have my truck back in my driveway only a hour after drop off. That is an excellent place to take your vehicle to, professional, timely, and does the job right like people used to do. Not screwing you out of every dollar to do nothing like Tri Action Auto.

Im glad I didn't pay in full on it, I knew they did some hack work, thats why I withheld money from them. I would definitely refrain from taking any vehicle here considering what they tried to charge for the "brand new" transmission.
