With further research I now know that it would have damaged my perfect wisdom tooth to drill and fill a tooth without decay! So sadly I have to say Dr Hill will not see me in his office again and please get a second opinion if you have a doubt about what is recommended.

Scheduling issues are usually made apparent much farther in advance and this should have been dealt with much sooner than it had been (she said a hygienist had moved...TODAY?!). Unacceptable. There are no…read moresafe mercury removal dentists in Redding Ca where I live, so I traveled 2 1/2 hours to Ashland Oregon to get the procedure done. I was nervous because I had heard that removing mercury can be dangerous, but Dr. Robbins made sure my mouth, eyes and nose were covered to prevent me from getting exposed to the mercury. Plus he had a vacuum to pull out any mercury fumes. I really felt like I was in good hands and am thankful to have the toxin out of my teeth! I will post a picture of me at the office too!
