Just today I had an appointment and the system had not confirmed it but when I showed up the staff were very cooperative and accommodated me. Even though I was supposed to see Dr Kerr who is a visiting physician in this office, they squeezed in a slot for me with Dr Lahiri. This place does not care about patients -- period. I dared to complain about their terrible service to their face, and their response? They blacklisted me. Told me the doctor wouldn't be available for three months because she was "in Florida opening a new office." What a joke -- I know for a fact she was still seeing clients. Just not me. They made it clear: complain, and you're out. Even more absurd, the doctor only does Zoom calls when she is in Florida, but still makes patients go into the office so staff can "host" the call while she benefits from "seeing" patients from both offices. Milking the system!!! Are you serious? You're either available for patients or you're not -- pick one. But don't insult people's intelligence. They also refuse to do any legwork regarding insurance coverage for medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound. You're on your own to figure that out -- which makes me wonder what, exactly, this office thinks its job is. It sure isn't patient care.

I started to see Dr. Kaladas in January 2009 after years of feeling ill with no help from my…read moreprevious family doctor. Dr. Kaladas gave me a thorough physical and sent me for blood work. Because of him I learned why I had been feeling so ill for all of those years. I had severe deficiencies with my Vitamin D and Iron. He got me on prescription Vitamin D and Iron and even called me on the phone to see how I was doing with the medication. Dr. Kaladas called for follow up blood work to monitor my progress. I'm happy to report that I've been feeling so much better in the short 4 months that I've been under Dr. Kaladas' care. My family has noticed that I have more energy. My Vitamin D and Iron levels have improved. I recommend this doctor. The only thing that I wish is for Dr. Kaladas to be affiliated with more than just one hospital (Somerset Medical Center). Used this Doctor for a while as my primary and 2 problems one was a disagreement on my medical…read moreissue which i ended up dropping off a typed letter with printouts explaining my condition because of her lack of knowledge and the second was a problem with my pain meds. I was using about 30 Percocet a month and she sent me to pain management who recommended morphine and oxycodone. I never took these as I thought I was fine on my meds but she questioned the information I gave her like I was misleading her. After 2 and a half years being treated by the VA I made an appointment with her for a referral for my surgeon and as I tried explaining what my Doctors and others in the VA said so she'd have access to my VA files, labs, x rays and any other tests she went off about how she didn't need them and for me to leave because I wasn't going to tell her what she was doing. I left and I guess she knows more than my VA Primary, GI, Pulmonary, Optometrist, Neurologist and Dermatologist all put together. Just needed a referral but I guess she would enlighten me with no knowledge of my medical history for close to 3 years.
