They take blood in office which makes it super easy, and they are always so prompt in responding to any medical questions via the portal. Dr. Tran helped to diagnose a blood clotting disorder and took me of my birth control of three and a half years. My old obgyn never even bothered to check. She also helped to address my concerns over my cycle, and is always giving advice on how to stay the healthiest, and what to do if I want to prepare for pregnancy. Dr. Hoppe is one of the most dedicated and compassionate physicians I've ever met. His focus is always on helping people. I was sick and needed asthma medication once during that winter everyone had omicron, and left a message in the portal to make an appointment on January 2nd, and they were closed for break. When they reopened on the 3rd, I had an appointment for 7:30pm. When I spoke to him I said "I am surprised you were able to take me. I thought you guys closed at 7." He said "We do, but there are a lot of sick people right now." After 5 YEARS of trying to find a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously, Dr. Hoppe referred me to the gastro who determined my gallbladder had been working at 21%. After FIVE YEARS of pain, constant nausea, and more, I am FINALLY comfortable. I could cry. Everyone I send their way, which is about five people at this point, loves them. Everyone I know who goes there, loves them. I cannot refer them enough. Go, go, go. Make the call. They're amazing.

    In January, I had pneumonia and needed a new med prescription because the pharmacy was out. I had…read morecalled but was waiting a response, so I decided to go in-person to check in. The front desk lady told me that I should do a check-up appointment and I asked if it would be free. She had my file open and said that my insurance would cover it all. I had not come in to have an appointment, but she scheduled me for the next day. The doctor called in the new prescription that day, so there was no reason to go other than the fact that the front desk lady told me it would be free. I come in the next day for the check-up. The doctor and the nurse ask me why I came. She was confused, but I explained the front desk lady said it was free. The doctor said I was healing fine, but that I needed the prescription (which I hadn't been able to take since my diagnosis). Then, after my insurance was charged, they barely covered anything! I sent in a message through the portal about why it wasn't free with my insurance like I was told. I received a message back saying that I shouldn't trust the front desk people to tell me how much I will be paying and, that because it was already submitted to the insurance, that they will not be reimbursing me. I will NOT be returning here again. If I cannot trust your staff's word, how can I trust your practice?
