Having dealt with them for four months now and having contacted and worked with many other agents in Munich, these guys are actually pretty good. Their service may cost a bit more but they look after the apartments and are reasonably prompt when there are things that need fixing. They are also somewhat flexible on negotiating contracts and all in all not a bad bunch to deal with. If I had an opportunity to use their services again to look for rental accommodation in Munich I would certainly do so. They have a wide range of furnished accommodation and some unfurnished ones as well. As a rule of thumb when renting in Germany ensure that everything that is included is in the contract and ensure that you get full disclosure otherwise you do have the right to reject the contract for rental accommodation. By law full disclosure is required and whilst not everyone does it please ensure you ask for it. If there is a dispute only do it in writing and preferably by registered post if you want any action taken. Post is the official way of conveying that you are serious ;-))

The apartment we got looked twice as good on the photos which were probably taken 2 years before we moved in so that's pretty sad. Apart from that I have no issues with them, the service itself is almost perfect.

I was initially worried about the location being far since it's in Planegg but it looked so promising from the photos and I got a good deal so I went for it. It takes a little while to get here from the airport but it's just 1 S train and a bus ride so it wasn't too bad. To get into the city you can also take the bus a few stops to the U and take that right into town. Takes 45 min. You can also drive since it's less than 20 min away and Uber is affordable as long as it isn't a peak hour. The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't figure out how to open my door since the lock was unfamiliar to me but he was so sweet and helped me with it. The room was so cute! I love that there's a little kitchen and a balcony. There's even a Tablet in the room. It was nothing extravagant but it was clean, new, great quiet location so sleeping at night is easy, and it's so well put together and designed. I will definitely stay again!
