Samantha Garigliano immediately put me at ease. She's a wonderful, empathetic, communicative, and knowledgable provider. She really takes the time to talk to you and understand the unique challenges you're dealing with, and she provides helpful advice without judgment. I can't recommend her enough. The office staff and medical assistant were also extremely kind and helpful. Only thing to note is the parking/building structure is a little confusing--make sure you walk around what feels like the back of the building to enter. Otherwise very easy to find, ample parking, and a wonderful overall experience. Would give 6 stars if I could :)

I am an Executive for a major Software company, so I do not have time to wait around. Their office staff accommodates my schedules. Dr Schwalb listens to his patients, and explains things thoroughly. As protocol since I went to medical school, Dr. Schwalb gives me colleague status, and listens to what I think may be wrong, and what tests that I think should be performed. After all, nobody knows your body better than yourself. With those who have less of a medical background, it is advised to listen to whatever doctor you see there, including their Nurse Practitioners (NP). Dennis, which I see often, is very thorough, and quick. Two things that all patients want. Liberty Medical Group is also affiliated with Middleton Medical, PC in Middletown NY. Honestly the worst doctor I've ever had and I've had some bad ones. My job wanted me to be seen…read moreafter overdoing it at work. I was not having covid symptoms, but he was insistent I take a test. I've not had a cold in three years. I sweat once a month and have high blood pressure. But instead of addressing these issues, this "doctor" just tries to boost his ego and possibly his wallet by insisting I take a poisonous vaccine and a covid test. When I refused, he demanded I leave and made a scene outside of the office for everyone to hear. He ought to apply for a job with the pharmaceutical company. Because he's not interested in treating real medical issues. Good riddance! He used to be a nice person. I'm not sure what happened. Before the jabs were available in his office, he told me he wouldn't not treat me. Money talks I guess.
