Peter Masci and Timothy Hale have been my family's dentist for roughly 20 years. They are by far…read morethe BEST in the area. They have done crowns, cleanings, emergency cosmetic work, emergency jaw infection that another dentist poo-poo'd as nothing while my husband suffered in terrible pain, invisiline, a permanent bridge --- all with expert care and skill. I believe they have taught other dentists around the country how to do intricate skilled procedures. AND the office is filled with extremely upbeat friendly outgoing staff. It must be a job requirement to have a good personality because while a visit to the dentist could be stressful, the whole staff seems to do their part to make it a great experience. Jeanne M

He never explained any possible complications or side effects that could occur as a result of this procedure. Immediately after the surgery, I noticed that he accidentally made an extraneous hole in the back of my mouth with the drill. Additionally, all my sutures/stitches came out within hours! I am a surgeon and I know for a fact that he did not tie the knots properly. Later on, I developed chin numbness, had a sinus communication, and worse: a post-op infection that needed additional surgery. After he removed my teeth, he never followed up with me. As a matter of fact, he just disappeared. As a fellow health professional, I can easily say that this man performed complete malpractice.

Today was the follow up appointment for the root canal I had last month…read more I arrived earlier than my appointed time. Last time the GPS sent me to the wrong end of Fox St; and kept rerouting me back to the same spot. Today the GPS did it's job. The front desk staff informed Dr. Blondin that I was here; and almost immediately I was ushered into an exam room. His assistant had me in two bibs to protect my clothes, asked if I wanted music, I thought I was on a cruise ship. Every knob, handle, wire, instrument in the room was covered with plastic. The Zeiss microscope was in its own sealed plastic bag. Dr. Blondin was in shortly. He explained what was going to happen today in his cheerful and reassuring voice. After a local analgesic; the work began. A dental dam was applied, then the drilling began. All the while the doctor was letting me know what was going on during the procedure. A few X-rays latter I was almost done. The X-rays showed the true picture of the bicuspid and the repair done. I'm way past the age of being in awe of anything. This endodontist office leaves me awestruck. Everyone does their job with precision and acumen. If you need a great endodontist - This is the place to go to first. What's that old saying? "you've seen the rest; now see the best". I'm paraphrasing.
