This year we called around because we knew we needed some serious help getting the floors cleaned. Cleanstart was professional and responsive and wow! what an amazing job. All three of our rehearsal rooms with wood floors and our carpeted office are as clean as I've ever seen them. And everything smells so clean and fresh. And bonus feature - upon learning that Broadway Bound is a non-profit, they offered us a special deal without even being asked. They provided us with incredible value and having the place so spic and span for our new season is amazing!

I confirmed before booking that they will bring their own tape, furniture pads, moving blankets and plastic wrap, said it's included in $75 service fee. I saw only 1 roll of shrink wrap which they used on the mattress after me telling them twice. Nothing else was wrapped or secured in any way. Result: there are scratches and chips all over my furniture (attaching pictures) 2. We paid for assembly/disassembly of furniture, and told them to bring their own power tools since we had a bad experience with our move last time. They took first 20 mins to point out more mistakes from the last movers, ok. And was I satisfied with this one? Well, they conveniently forgot all the screws in the old apartment and I had to drive back and forth (Seattle to Kirkland 50mins) in the middle of them unloading at the new place. 3. my shoe rack is still MIA! I saw it leave my old apartment, never arrived at the new one, they told me they left it on side of the truck and forgot to load it Highly unprofessional, please save you time and money and go with one of the bigger brands and more expensive options. Via text we set up an appointment, and he was not only on time but also courteous. He texted me his timing twice before he arrived to make sure I knew what his arrival would be. He assessed the job thoroughly, even getting on the ground to feel and smell certain areas that were slightly more heavily stained. He then pre-treated difficult areas and proceeded to power wash the job as promised in the time as estimated. He was punctual, courteous, and polite throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. Three days later the stains are still visibly absent. The carpet is now completely dried and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job, big or small. They will definitely beat anyone's price and I think their abundance of five-star reviews proves they know what they are doing and deliver on promises.

However, we decided to give it a shot because 1) The photographs looked genuine, 2) their quote was much lower than other vendors, and 3) they were very responsive. The movers arrived on time. As a gesture, the company also provided an additional crew member at no extra cost to us, which significantly sped-up over loading and unloading. They even helped us disassemble and reassemble our Precor Elliptical, which was a bit tricky. There was one area of improvement though, I mentioned to bring packing material for glassware but there was a miss in communication and the movers didn't get the requirement from back office. I used Yelp explicitly for communication, maybe check and verify that they will include any specific packaging asks. However, they did bring plastic films and wrapped all of our furniture and other valuables so didn't turn out to be a big deal. Overall highly recommend these movers. Will use them again.

I contacted her on a Sunday to see if she would be available on Wednesday morning. She informed me that she had another appointment that morning but could schedule my cleaning for approximately 1:00 pm. She also mentioned that she would send an invoice on Sunday night or by Monday at the latest. However, I never received the invoice. I reached out to her via text on Tuesday morning, the day before our scheduled appointment, to let her know I hadn't received the invoice and to confirm if we were still on for the next day. When I hadn't received a response within a few hours I called her directly. She answered, assured me that she would have her office manager resend the invoice, and confirmed that she would still be coming on Wednesday. The day of the appointment arrived, and by 1:00 pm, I still hadn't received any communication or the invoice. I began calling and texting her between 1:30 pm and 2:34 pm. In my first text, I even mentioned that her voicemail was full. On my second call attempt, I noticed she had cleared her voicemail, and the message her cell phone played said she was sending to voicemail. She never responded to any of my calls or text messages. Her failure to communicate her unavailability was both unacceptable and unprofessional. With my husband deploying soon, our priority was to spend our remaining time together, not dealing with an unexpected move-out cleaning. That evening, we were forced to scramble, repurchasing supplies we had already discarded or stored as it was too late to hire another service. If I had known in advance, I could have planned accordingly to avoid this last-minute stress. I chose to wait almost a week before posting this review, hoping she might offer an explanation or an apology. Unfortunately, no such communication has been received.
