Needless to say after they replaced said pads and rotors the brakes continued to squeal. They suggested it would go away "shortly after driving a bit", but if not, they'd return and "oil them". When the squealing continued "after a bit", I contacted them again and heard nothing back. I tried again and was told they'd been sick, but promised to stop by that evening. They never showed. I contacted them again, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. Now I question the money I paid that did not solve the problem and their lack of responsiveness or accountability for stopping my brakes from squealing and following through with what they promised to do to make it right. I no longer recommend these guys so please disregard my earlier glowing review!

Then they said their main office said no to the repairs because they would have to pull the dash to fix it. I took it to Shipman showed them the papers the other had supplied they looked at them put all the data in their computer and came up with a price several hundred lower. I had them do the work, it was ready when promised. They gave me a small retired military discount, plus they didn't need all the parts they thought and took that off the final bill. A & J themselves may not be responsible for the trucks themselves but Budget Rentals needs to end this partnership!!
