Then he looked at the four "zones" that the original supplier put in, said they were confusing the furnace, and offered to fix the system, which he then did. After all these years, our old furnace is doing the very best job ever of keeping this old building and its huge lower half-basement level very evenly heated. We appreciate that he was willing to work on an old furnace, and when we need a new one, he's the man.

The guy they sent out, no fault of his, said it happens all the time where the lines get dirt from cutting them in the first place and they are in too much of a hurry to clean them upon installation so they come back and make even more later! They cam back out and reset the code but did not diagnose the cause. Soon after this visit the system went down again with same error code. Pipes froze and burst damaging wood floors, and now a new arrow code with the other one. The tech Lied about the system working when he arrived and said no error code was displayed. They refuse to take responsibility. Dishonest and incompetent company. I do not recommend this company.
