After having to get everything repiped and revented, by All Seasons (very very good),we called to ask if it was normal to put venting pipes up without checking if it was actually venting. The guy said its not our problem, but they did notice something wrong with the ventilation in the water heater but notified no one, just let it happen. Because, "they weren't hired to do that." Then got hung up on, no accountability. No advantage here
