We had them put on a new roof and it was perfect! I do not use that word casually. Around 10 years later I noticed a small buckle in my roof! I called them up and they were out in a day or two. They looked at it and asked if they could get into the attic. When they came down, they told one of my trusses had had twisted. They said they could fix it and went to get the lumber. They came back and went up in the crawl space and rebuilt and fixed the broken truss. When they came down, I asked them how much I owed them and they would not take a dime!!! Mind you it was not their fault in the first place! I could never get them to take any money!! I never forgot it. If I had to put a new or have a roof repaired, I would call them instantly!! A severe windstorm broke off the tops of two pine trees in my back yard and brought them down on the roof, resulting in structural damage and the need for a total roof replacement. Although they were very busy, Better Roofing, LLC responded, and made repairs to get me safely through the winter, then did an excellent job replacing and upgrading the roof. They coordinated with a solar contractor to remove and replace my existing, but undamaged, solar array in the process.
