Maybe pour them through a Venturi or something to get the bitterness out and soften the tannins. The tasting (4 wines) was $12 per person. The average bottle on the tasting menu was $42. I didn't even finish my tasting *personal preference* The grounds are beautiful, looks like a great place for a picnic. Their mocktails were much better than the wine! Grab our glasses found a table on the covered porch and just relaxed and savored our wine. The wine was delicious and we bought a couple of bottles This is a working vineyard, so there are chickens and quails roaming around. It's pretty cool. Just another thing to add to the charm. There was also an appetizing spread of finger foods, charcuterie, and crudités. A live music group with a nice repertoire of memorable tunes gave people a reason to dance. Toward the end of the event, when activities started to slow, Linda provided a tour of the indoor space with casks.
