Figured that much by the pictures they had posted with leaves on the trees. It is still winter in Wisconsin. No leaves! Made an appointment to look at it at 9:30AM on 3-7-2025. Drove 2 hours only to find out they raised the price to $27,999. They then tried to negotiate from that price. Bait and switch. Luckily I had taken a picture of the original ad. Because I had proof, they tried adding a bunch of dealer fees to the $21,999 if I wanted to buy it. Scam alert folks. Would advise you to look elsewhere. Sales manager was a complete jerk. They deserve negative stars. Buyer beware.

Sad to say that the RV rental place is/was horrible to work with so all of you out there stay away from Happy Trails RV in Neenah. Here is a taste of some of the things that happened. First of all we found someone elses shirts in the RV the kid that we mentioned it to when we got back said sorry I missed that and then another girl/supposed manager said you forgot to pick them when you were done cleaning to the kid that was checking us in....um lady do you think that we are stupid they were two button down shirts who wears two button down shirts. Then I inspected the bed to make sure there were not bugs or anything like that low and behold what did I find HAIR ugh GROSS (most of you know my phobia with hair) Not that I wasnt going to wash the sheets before we left but still! Next we went to fill up the water in the rv and we were wondering why the water wasnt filling up now mind you this was 10/11 at night....well they never closed the valve for the water tank. Luckily my husband is smart and knows what to look for (I wouldent have known what to do/look for). The next thing that happened was I was in the middle of a shower and the water stopped! Low and behold the water pump for the toilets and shower took a dump (the whole reason why we got the thing in the first place). So we had to pack everything up we were planning on staying at the park that we were at for another day. Drove to Superior to get cell service to let them know what happened and started our search for someone to fix the pump. We were told the only people that do that in the area would be going to MN the opposite way that we were going...more mileage. Ed found a dealer that had the pump and he fixed it himself. So we contacted Happy Trail RV back asking for the day to be refunded the said prob not the whole day maybe half. Well we get back to drop off the RV on the last day and we were told no you will only get reimbursed for the part and $10.00.....ummmm WHAT we wasted a whole day trying to find out what to do not only that but mileage driving around town. We asked for a Sup/manager and after a bit of no one listening to us the girl finally said well we will do $40.00....still not even close to what we were paying for the RV for a day. Ok well we knew that we would not win with the people that we were talking to so we went home to write a letter. They were not seeing the whole picture that we saved them money by fixing the pump ourselves. So not only were we paying them for the day of rental but we paid them to fix their camper. So I got home today and my husband said well the gave $40.00 more for his time putting into fixing the camper and then he said they charged us $1900 plus for the camper for the week and I thought about it and that was not right....surprise surprise they were trying to charge is for 2029 plus miles when we only put on 1029. All that I can say if any of you were looking to do something like this STAY AWAY from Happy Trails RV in Neenah. Pay the extra per day and go to Appleton RV or Van Boxtel RV and I am sure that you will get WAY better service than we did with Happy Trails

Wow! This place rocked! Attended the big Air Venture show in July with my son. He is a pilot (as…read moream I) and really wanted to go. Since I live in California and he lives in North Carolina, this was quite a feat to plan. Happy Trails saved us a ton of work. They set us up to deliver our Tent Trailer on Saturday as I was scheduled to fly in that morning. Well, things went badly with weather and my connecting flight that was supposed to leave Detroit at 8:30 a.m. didn't leave until 3 pm. What an air traffic mess. I was going to miss my appointment to get the trailer and they saved the day! They said if we didn't care where our campsite was, they would just pick one for us and deliver the trailer and we didn't have to be there. So we arrived early evening and happened to both be on the same plane from Detroit. Honestly, the campsite is the one we would have wanted! Close to the store, bathrooms and WiFi. The trailer was perfect for us. We had great weather all week so we didn't have to deal with the inconvenience of not having air conditioning. We had an awning and we had shipped folding chairs. Everything was perfect, especially with the campsite Happy Trails got for us. Thank you to them and we WILL return and rent again!

Bought a camper from Quietwoods and while our camper was in for warranty work they sold to Kunes…read more Kunes "finished" the work. A support brace wasn't welded from the factory and instead of taking it somewhere to have it welded, like we were told they were going to do they riveted it. The freezer would go up to 50° after being plugged in for over a month and they stated that was normal. The refrigerator would freeze in the back and be 43° in the front. They stated that that was normal. There was a water on the floor after the slides were put out and they stated that was normal screws were hanging halfway down from the ceiling and they stated that that was normal. They charged $100 to take out two bolts to adjust the weight distribution hitch. I had a $300 credit from Quietwoods and they will not honor it. Even though they had the camper from mid September to the end of April they had to fix things while we were there picking it up even though they said it was ready weeks ago. While we were there, we talked to another customer that stated he was given excuse after excuse why his camper wasn't fixed yet. If I could give them a negative number I would.

When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

He said they couldn't even look at it but did recommend L&S Truck Center behind the dealership. They were able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road the next day. Kirk at L&S even called the rental car company and got us a discount. We realize not everyone can work on diesel trucks and we're very lucky to find a good diesel shop who could get to it quickly. Thanks to all the excellent service and friendly people at L&S. If we are ever in the area again and need service we will definitely look them up.

BUYER BEWARE I Made…read morecontact with a salesman at L & S and was looking for a F350 dump truck that They had in stock, several phone calls over a two day period and several more Texts confirming my interest and financing which I secured, when finally the salesman sent me a cryptic text saying he was working to button down my deal, only to find out that the truck was already sold, He then called me back a day later and told me they had another almost exact unit and he would send me the details, the unit was the same price as the previous truck, so I asked for a confirmation and info to update the financing to the new unit, Then miraculously the price shot up 9,000.00 due to the "current market conditions" ... this is how they do business. No Thanks, No scruples, a wasted 3 days of chasing my tail to get abused by this business.
