Quick to sell you something, won't be around the take care of you though. Bought a used camper in 2022. Up until very recently, things have been okay. Now, they're pretty horrendous. They've implemented some sort of AI agent to field their calls and you won't get a human and if you leave a message and/or phone number, it will not get relayed. Additionally, their online service requester does not field requests either. Four weeks after my initial phone call and follow-up service scheduler...i had enough and found one of the numerous 1-Star reviews on Google Reviews where a "manager" provided an email address. Reached out that way. He tells me to bring it down the next day and says we'll be ready by the following week. The following week, they call me to ask what I wanted done again- they hadn't even ordered the parts. So, my camping trip fees of $346 were a total loss and non-refundable and unable to bring a tent to an RV pad for obvious reasons. Not sure they have any clue what they're doing and/or how to operate a business. read more

Bought a used travel trailer and after 4 uses, the awning collapsed. I have been waiting since the end of July for someone to do something. I have left so many messages and talked to so many people at this location and everyone promising to fix this but nothing is done and nobody will return my calls. I was warned against buying from Kunes but I decided to give them a chance. I should have listened to the reviews. They will leave you in the dust all on your own once the purchase papers are signed. 10 out of 10, would not recommend!! My mother and I bought a camper from Kunes about 2 years ago. It started out great. We walked in and were greeted/helped right away. This gentleman helped us look at what they had in our price range and even helped us look at what they had in our price range at other locations. We ended up liking one camper from another location and he told us that he would have it driven out to this location so that we could look at it in person. They let us know when it was at their location and my mother and I show up to look at the camper. Now the same gentleman that helped us originally was there again and showed us the camper. I could tell right away that someone with a black dog used to own it because the hair was everywhere. There was no fire extinguisher, it was missing a curtain, the fan in the bathroom was broken, there was water damage to the ceiling near the AC unit and the tires were very old. The gentleman said that they would be replacing anything broken or missing as well as getting new tires and a new battery for it, as well as getting it professionally cleaned and serviced before we buy. At the time we were happy with that. I asked for a ladder so that I could look at the roof and figure out why there was water damage inside. We had to get someone from the service desk to help us with the ladder and then she kinda took over with answering our questions. It looked like it was a puncture hole that the previous owner patched with caulk. We asked if they were going to fix the roof properly. This woman did NOT want to help us and fix it. She was trying to tell us how we could do it ourselves and that it wasn't that expensive. My mother and I had no interest in trying to fix it as we do not have the experience with anything like that. Eventually she said that they would fix it. With all of that being fixed/replaced we were interested in purchasing the camper and went through the paperwork. The gentleman in financing was an ass. He was not very helpful in answering our questions. I was reading the warranty while my mother was going over the payment portion. I asked about a couple things in the warranty and the man could not answer my questions. He would just say "well that's just how it is". He was just extremely rude and we could tell that he did not want to be helping us. We did end up signing. Fast forward a couple of weeks and Kunes calls us to tell us that the camper is ready. We go to pick it up and shit really hits the fan. We already did not trust them as the service desk didn't seem to want to fix anything and the finance guys didn't want to help us either. Shen we showed up we expected the gentleman that originally helped us to show us the ins and outs of the camper as he said he would. Turned out that with in the past couple of weeks he had left the company. Interesting. We checked over the camper and we did see new tires, extinguisher and battery. However, the professional cleaning that they did sucked. There was still hair everywhere and you could tell that they never moved the couch as there was a plate and empty soda box under it yet. They did not replace the missing curtain, and they just fixed the fan in the bathroom. I asked for a ladder again to check the roof as we did not trust that they had fixed it properly. They had indeed fixed the small hole. We were told that all of the other appliances worked properly upon servicing. (Water heater, AC unit, heating unit, oven, stove, water pump, sewage, etc.) We were upset that they did not replace the curtain and they did not clean the camper properly. They said that this is what they are allowed to do. The first Gentleman that helped us had promised us that they could and would do a lot more. They did however have enough time to plaster their logo on every side of our camper. We said whatever and back up our car to hook it up. The gentleman helping us there asked us "Your not planning on using that are you?" We had the wrong size hitch. At no point did they tell us what size it had and we were expected to purchase a new one right there. I did make a comment about all of the miscommunication and problems that we have had so far and he just let us have the new hitch which was very nice. We get our new camper home safely. Fast forward another couple of weeks to our first use. We get our camper where it needed to be and it was hot so we had the AC running. After about 6 hours I had noticed that the supposed water damage from the hole in the roof was growing. My mother was not as convinced so we waited another couple of hours. At that point it was clear that the AC unit was LEAKING INTO OUR CEILING! We could not run the AC for the rest of our trip. Such a disappointment as that was a big reason for why we wanted to upgrade from our old pop up camper and the told us that they had all of the appliances serviced and that they were working properly. I recommend that no one do business with Kunes in Green Bay. We purchased a used travel trailer from them, and had this not been the only camper of this particular model for sale within 1000 miles, we would have walked out after the first hour waiting. We had an appointment with them to pickup the camper and finish the paperwork at 3pm. We didn't leave until 6:30. They had neither cleaned the camper before we arrived, nor had they addressed the deficiencies with the camper that they new about and said would be addressed before we purchased it. They did a very fast cleaning of the camper, but still we waited. They said they would fix the radio issue while we where there, but when we were ready to leave we had to ask no less than 4 people what the status of the radio was and how they were going to address it. To make matters even worse, they told us that we needed de-winterize the water systems when we got home - which may be standard practice (although it seems like they should have done this as well). So we start to follow the process to do this, and discover that neither of the waste tanks had been flushed. We had sewage running down our driveway, and not just a small amount of it! We are from Louisiana but had an issue with our RV here in Wisconsin. I called and spoke to Ross here at the business. He was beyond helpful. He asked for pictures to be texted to him. Then he got a work order started with our information and VIN number before we arrived. They were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Our repair was completed quickly. What a great experience at Wagner's RV in Suamico WI. We had an issue with a floor in our slideout. It was cut wrong at the factory. Ted in service added more rollers to the new floor because of the size. He also checked that both slideouts were level. He fixed a desk that would not go in correctly. He also found a cable cord that was too short and fixed that. They went above our expectations. Very happy with our service. Everyone at Wagner's was very helpful. A great dealership to deal with. We purchased several RV"s over the years and there is no better service than Wagner's. read more

Horrible customer service. Bought a brand new Jayco in May 2020. Had so many issues that were not getting resolved that we traded it in on a brand new Winnebago in August of 2020. Again a ton of unresolved issues. Our camper has been on Kune's lot since November 2020. Going on five months still not repaired. Kune's knows we are not happy and the manager is not responding to our emails. If customer service is important to you we strongly advise you to go anywhere else. read more

Drove from Austin, TX to Hapers Ferry, WV for work. Opening the slide out on our 5th wheel, and it overextended and almost landed on the ground. We couldn't find anyone in the area to that wanted to tackle the job, but Vanessa Weaver, the Service Advisor, talked me into closing the trailer up and bringing it in, explaining she had the best slide out guys in the state. What I thought was going to take weeks and cost thousands ended up taking less than 2 hours and less than $200. We had a chance to meet Dave, who worked on our trailer, and he explained everything he had done. The man was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. What a joke. First they try to slide a 2018 camper during the sale. I question them on it, I then get promised a camper in two days, it comes in 4 days. (Had to cancel my first camping trip). In the first 5 minutes of owning the camper, the end cap for the sewer hose goes flying off. First camping trip. Water pumping won't stop running, shower in it and the bathroom is a pond and the gas line outside was full of bugs (this is a camper they claim came right off of assembly). I call to schedule an service appointment, they schedule for 10AM. I said I will drop if off before work. As I am a single mom of 3 and can't miss work, because of their lack of checking a camper before selling it. I call at 9:30 AM to tell them it's there, I get a call back at 12:30. Asking me where my camper is. (In your lot since 6AM) I wouldn't send my worse enemy to this shame of a business. read more

These guys were the best! We had electrical problems about an hour and a half away. I called them (after calling several not very helpful keystone approved dealers). Phillip said to bring it in! We waited less than an hour - the electrician quickly found the problem and they didn't even charge us! read more

We attended the open house on March 16, 2018, with full intentions of buying a new RV we picked out on line. Not one salesperson acknowledged us. We went inside looking around and outside looking in several RVs. After more than 30 minutes of walking around we left. They missed a good sale and we will be sure to share our experience. read more
