When it was all done they said I owed 3700. Took 3.5 months to repair. After 4 months of court they ruled in my favor. The mechanic Mr jerovetz never showed once to any of the hearings. He had his secretary fight his battle. She is a treat to deal with. Both are very unprofessional. They tried charging me 20 dollars a day for storage fees during the court battle after offering to store truck at a different location on 3 separate occasions. She was grasping for anything knowing she was gonna lose. You can't talk to her because she comes unglued. She screamed at me over phone when I told them we were going to court. Her last counter sue was for 7,700 trying to scare and bully me which all got tossed. Sad to see a place of business scamming people I'm such a nice little community like Pulaski. Day of court ruling I picked truck up and it wouldn't start. Mr jerovetz threw the keys at me said not my problem. My hood latch was broke and had to tow it off his lot. That's what 8 months of them having my vehicle got me. Anywhere else after 3.5 months of repairs woulda said how can we make this right. Not one time was there a sorry just you owe me. They threatened to file for abandoned vehicle and keep it. These cons are truly evil business owners. Please pass word on if you read this.

Jerovetz Auto repair shop in Pulaski will never receive any more of my business. I went there to…read morefix my car's fan and the air conditioning. After a day, the fan was fixed and they claimed the air conditioning was fixed too, but less than 5 miles away from the shop it reverts back to blowing nothing but hot air. I brought it back the next day and if they would have fixed it then, everything would have been fine. I get a call later that day stating they fixed the A/C again, but now the car won't start. He thought it was the fuel pump which has absolutely nothing to do with the A/C. I put down $400 for the new pump and leave it overnight. The next day he says it is not the fuel pump but doesn't give any suggestions as to what is wrong. At this point, I had enough of dealing with those shady characters and said we will take it someplace else. We ended up towing it out to a different place where they had to replace the whole computer system. Once we got the car back, the A/C is still not working! The people at the repair shop would not look me in the eyes when I asked what they did and actually tried to get away with it being "bad luck" and would only give me a partial refund of the $400 i had put down for the fuel pump! How can a car that we have had no problems with other than a fan not working all of a sudden go bad in a mechanic's shop? Shady business, do not use!
