Given the fact that it was 90's outside and we still had a several more hours of driving over the weekend, we decided to look up a place in Green Bay to see if they could take a look. Auto Select popped up on Yelp and we called. Even though all appointments for that afternoon were booked, they agreed to take a look for us. We got there an hour or so later, left the vehicle, and walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts to wait. About 15-20 minutes later, through the window at our table, we saw one of the mechanics not run but actually SPRINT to the car and pull it up to the garage for service. This place was not lying about their exceptional service. They kept us in the loop via phone about the areas of the car they were inspecting and what the associated costs would be. Ultimately we ended up having to replace the compressor, which was a bummer as it was not cheap, but the price they quoted was fair and we were happy they had the part on hand. All in all, only took 2-3 hours and we were back on our way. AC is working again and we were happy to be kept cool the entire holiday weekend. Thanks Auto-Select! Side note: If you need a place to wait, would recommend Wise Fools Pub down the road. $2 beer on happy hour! Can't beat that price!

Called and got Laura. She heard my desperate plea and sprang into action. She had a tow truck meet my daughter after hours and had her towed into their shop. The next morning she called to ask if we had had any repairs to the driveshaft recently. We had used a shop near our house about a year ago. She sent me pictures of bolts that had come loose and caused damage to the parking brake cable. The other shop hadn't tightened the bolts. Laura worked with the other shop to have them cover the cost of repairs. I can't say enough about the service and care they gave us. Professionalism would be an understatement when it comes to describe their ownership, and the way they handle certain situations. They made a few small mistakes (like we all do) but I never felt mistreated or cheated out of money. They stood tall in those situations and always fixed the issue without any additional charges. Some of the bills were bigger than the others, but that's just how it is. The way I feel about my car on the way home makes me truly forget how much I spent on it. She's my mistress you know:) Oh, and one more thing! EVERY TIME I call them to schedule a service they always give me an almost immediate appointment. I really love that.
