I'm a techie, but know little about cars, so I need to trust my repair shop. On numerous occasions, Bill at the De Pere store has advised me not to do a repair if it wasn't worth the money. More importantly, when my cars do need work, they give me a quote (which includes everything: labor, parts, tax, etc) and they do the work on time. And the repairs are always good and reliable; we never have to go back. We bought two used cars in the past year; while test driving, we took both cars to Auto Aces for a quick look over. We bought one, the other we passed on (saving us a lot of money and headaches). When my daughter moved 2 hours away, she would coordinate visits home with her auto needs, so that she could do things like get an oil change at Auto Aces. Five of us in the family now use Auto Aces. I won't go anywhere else.

They may be padding the bill with all this extra time. you would never know. Even if you ask for the first appointment of the day they still add a 2 hour wait for no good reason unless they always add fake time to the job. That is the only thing that makes sense. Go elsewhere to avoid getting ripped off!!

Claim #: T5C-045341 Location: Take 5 Oil Change -- 855…read moreHansen Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304 Date of Service: April 18, 2025 Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a car service. I went in for a simple oil change on April 18 and paid $88.60. Everything seemed fine until two weeks later when my check engine light came on. I took my car to a mechanic and found out that they never even installed the oil filter. Because of their mistake, I had to pay $184.69 to get it fixed. That's $273.29 total out of my pocket for something that should've never happened in the first place. I filed a claim with Take 5 on May 8 and was told they'd get back to me within 7 business days. Well, it's been 17 days, I've called three times, and every time I ask, they just say, "Your claim hasn't been looked at yet." They said someone would reach out to me but still nothing. It's frustrating because this was their fault, and they don't seem to care at all. No follow-up, no urgency, no accountability. I trusted them to do a basic oil change, and now I'm stuck paying for their mistake and wasting my time chasing them down. Really disappointed in how this was handled. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

They checked the tires, air filters and showed me oil level on dipstick to show it was at proper level and how clean the oil was. I've worked under different types of management before, but Jason stands out for all the wrong reasons. His behavior toward employees is rude, degrading, and completely unprofessional. Jason is the definition of a micromanager. He constantly hovers over employees, second-guesses everything, and never trusts anyone to do their job. Instead of encouraging teamwork, he creates an atmosphere of fear and stress. He talks to people like they're beneath him, raising his voice or being sarcastic in front of both staff and customers. It's humiliating and unnecessary. What's worse is that Jason will lie or twist stories to make himself look good to upper management. If there's an issue, he immediately looks for someone to blame -- even when the problem comes from his own poor decisions. He's known for throwing employees under the bus just to protect his image. That kind of leadership kills morale and makes people dread coming to work. Many of us genuinely cared about doing a good job and helping customers, but Jason made it impossible. He plays favorites, pits employees against one another, and treats long-term team members with zero respect. It's heartbreaking to watch good workers quit or transfer just to escape the toxic environment he's created. Walmart and Sam's Club should be ashamed to have someone like Jason representing their company. His behavior is not only unprofessional -- it's emotionally draining for the staff and damaging to the store's reputation. Instead of motivating his team, he destroys confidence and pride in the workplace. If you value your sanity, respect, and self-worth, do not work under Jason's management. Until he's held accountable or replaced, the Green Bay Sam's Club will continue to lose good employees and loyal customers.
