Ordered tires on their website. Set an appointment. Simple, right? So I come in, not a long time to wait, and they send me an invoice via email. They were installing the wrong tire and not the tires I asked for as shown on the invoice. The tires I chose were on the bottom, and the tires they chose were on the top. Already through 3 tires at that time. No discount offered for the inconvenience, nothing. ***So adding to this: at the end when I'm settling my bill, I ask them if they saw anything on the alignment check. He said, "We didn't do one, that's extra" to which I replied that on the website, the alignment check is free (see additional picture). He stated, "well it should have asked you to check a box when you set up your order". So we didn't a mock order on my phone; same tires, no checkbox. "Huh, that must be new...". How long if I wanted to do it now? "Half hour...". Never again. read more

I have lifetime alignment service and had all my Ball joints axels and rotors replaced so I went to hv alignment and on 9/26/25 they did alignment and said that if I wanted it perfectly done a guy who works on Monday thru Thursday needed to finish it with his wheel knuckle tool and afterwards they told me I needed cause they were a bit worn but they was okay for now but when I came back on Monday 9/29/25 to hv they guy finish my alignment with his tool they mentioned a different female sails person looked at screen quote for $1000 for tires I didnt really need and told me that I needed to buy tires if I wanted my alignment finished and was very rude when I tried telling her that I was just told 2 days prier to come back to finish read more

I got a headlight fixed on a 2017 chevy cruze, and they charged me $85. A month later I went to Walmart and got the other one changed with the exact same headlight and was only charged $15. $70 over charge for a headlight is insane. I will never come back here for anything after this experience, even though I was previously buying & getting my tires installed here. Lost my business for life over a headlight. Congrats! read more

Well I couldn't be happier with a company, I work in the oil change and tire business in michigan. We were heading back to Michigan from dance competition and we had a blow out.. on 172 with two kiddos on top of that out spare tire a was rusted into place. And not accessible.... Decided to call this tire shop told them we are coming in a taxi with a rim Guess what they said yes we got this. Husband arrives in said taxi an empl comes running through the doors grabs this rim takes it in, my husband pays for tire goes to the bathroom comes out boom tire done ready to GO! Talk about customer service on a Sunday! And at a great price! I am thankful that out of anywhere I had a tire blow out near this location! I've been using this company for 15 years and never had any issues. Last September I brought by Ford Escape in for a slow leaking tire. They supposedly "fixed it' but it has continued to leak. I finally brought it back in and now they say it can't be fixed because whoever fixed it before did it incorrectly. Well they were the ones who fixed it before. They accused me of fixing it myself (which I wouldn't ever even attempt to do). I've never taken my cars anywhere else for tire work before. i bought the tires originally from them and have spent thousands at this place over the last 15 years. So they put spark plugs in and my engine service. Light is still on and my car is still jumping very bad customer service. I had a Saturday appointment, June 18,to have my air conditioning checked. I understood it would be about 2 hours and was prepared to wait. I walked to the Chase bank next door to do some banking business and was gone about 30 minutes. When I came back to Tires Plus my car was still in the same spot. I walked into the store and was met by the young man working the front of the shop and was told that I would have to bring the car back because of overbooking. After much delay and excuses he agreed to "recharge" the air conditioning and put dye in it to see where it could possibly be leaking from. On June 22, it started blowing warm air again. I called and spoke to the manager Matt and explained the situation of Saturday, the 18th, and that I needed my car to go to an event in a couple of days several hours away. I dropped my car off on Thursday afternoon, June 23, and told them I would return Friday morning, June 24, about noon to get my car. When I went to drop it off I had to explain the whole situation again to the man working. Again, alot of excuses and talking down to me like I am a stupid woman that does not understand how things work. Granted I do no know everything about automobiles but I do understand time management and scheduling. Friday morning, June 24, I called about 9:40 a.m. to see what the status was and spoke to Matt. Gave me some excuse about just getting into the store and that he would have it pulled in right away to get checked out and he would call in about 20 minutes. After 1 hour I called back to learn a note had been put in my account not to work on car until Saturday, what? To try and cover their mistakes, they offered to cover the expense of a rental vehicle if I agreed to the $1,400 repair bill that would be created to fix my air conditioning. I do not appreciate having to make a quick decision like that. I drove the 30 miles back into Green Bay and picked up my car, contacted corporate and am reviewing on every place possible. This weekend was going to be a very special one. went in to have bearing changed they had trouble and it took an extra day so on day two they didn't know how to turn off the abs light.I brought it to another mechanic and he said they used wrong bearing and broke the sensor. brought it back to tires plus and they said they would fix it. It took two days again to simply change a bearing. So unless your just buying tires I would go elsewhere. read more

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me I guess. I had a terrible experience at this store about 2 years ago. I decided due to having a Tires Plus credit card to give them the benefit of the doubt because I had a slow leaking snow tire. I made an appt for 11am on a Wednesday, dropped off the keys after explaining the issues and left to get lunch. One and a half hours later I call, let me repeat that I CALLED THEM, wondering what is taking so long, they tell me they can't repair the tire so they can replace it and have it in stock. All fine. 45 minutes pass and they call me (I'm now entertaining myself at big local stores despite the pandemic because their waiting room is tiny) say they didn't realize it was a snow tire and it can be in by this evening. Told them I'll come back on Saturday morning, put the old tire back on until then. When I got to the store they informed me they couldn't put the old tire back on so I drove on a donut for three days. Saturday morning comes. I show up ten minutes before my appointment time at 9:30 and leave to get coffee as they said 30-45 minutes MAX. Then I get a call ten minutes later saying he didn't realize it was the winter tire that had been sitting in his office for three days and it will be $40 more than quoted, fine, don't care, just put it on. I haven't heard anything so I walk back. I show back up at 10:45am and the sales guy says hey, do you have a minute? As soon as I walk in. He proceeds to tell me they don't have the right tire and they don't make them anymore. REALLY? You had 3 days and the past hour to call me and let me know this? I told them to put my spare back on and give me my keys. Incompetent! No communication skills, no compassion whatsoever and apparently no improvement in service. Awful service. They were full when we arrived, which was totally fine, but being that we were in a pinch we asked if they could recommend a different shop. They said they would never recommend a competitor, and condescendingly told us the flat wasn't even repairable, as though we were stupid. We took it to another shop who saw us right away and was able to patch the tire no problem. This shop probably does a good job but if you're looking to be treated like a human being, don't stop in to tires plus. read more

I received wonderful customer service. I needed new tires and Zach was more than accommodating answer all my silly questions. Once I got there I worked with Travis He took my number I was able to get a call when my vehicle was done. they even asked if I wanted the letters on the tires to show or not . I have seen some places are very dirty places but def I loved that their lobby that was clean and well-organized. And Paul did a wonderful job changing my Tires I will definitely come back with other vehicles and recommend these wonderful workers to my friends and family!! read more

Ordered a reasonably priced set of tires only to find out the next morning that they didnt have the one I ordered. They told me this after they ordered a set of high quality tires without my consent raising the price by $200. Then the next day one of the tires came off the rim completely and used up the warranty to fix what they said they have never seen before and they constantly reminded me of that, as to take the blame of what was most likely shoddy workmanship. Took my tire in for a flat repair. Received a call from the manager Mike and he said there was a nail in the sidewall that wasnt repairable. Also he said that the other rear tire had two nails in the sidewall that were not repairable. I need two new tires at a total of 367.00. We'll I was kinda worried about this quote since my one tire wasn't flat and air was not coming out of it. I took it for a quote at another big reputable tire shop and they repaired both for 20.00. They took me out to there shop so I could see where the nails were. They were not in the sidewall at all. Just in the center of the tire. Basically tire pros wanted to rip me off. What. A scam. Please go to anywhere else. Don't believe them, they just want to sell you tires you don't need. Also my car is barely a year old. New tires.....please. read more

I took my car to tires plus at 930 am for an oil change and to fix a flat tire, when I was there I also set up an appointment for 130 for my other vehicle to be serviced. They said that wouldn't be a problem the first car would be done and they can work on the other vehicle. They made a comment that it would be done by 4 because they double booked. I showed up at 130 and they didn't start on the 1st vehicle. I had to cancel service on the other vehicle. I went back at 6 and it still hadn't been worked on, finally at 7 pm my car was done. The people they double booked at 4pm had their vehicles done. They had my car from 930 am to 7 pm when it was suppose to be done by 130 had to cancel service on my other vehicle and they couldn't even call to let me know that they were running behind. I will never go back to this store. The rating is no stars but I had to select one. read more

3 Tires Plus experiences in the last week: 1 really bad, 1 just bad and another awful (which I witnessed sitting during my total 6.75 hour adventure) 1) Bad: Bought 4 new tires last week and had them installed. Hour and a half was the time estimate. When I returned 2 hours later, I was informed that my tires weren't done. They had tried unsuccessfully to reach me by calling me on my house phone (after I had specifically given them my cell because I was going to the book store across the street) to let me know a tire pressure monitor was bad and they could NOT get a replacement. Okay. But they wanted me to know that before they put on my new tires. (Why?) And once I knew that, they started putting on the new tires. Hours of my life: 4.25 2) Really bad: This morning, I went out to find one of my brand-new tires had gone flat. "Bring it in" says Tires Plus. Um how? "You could have it towed" Really? Seems extreme for what is surely a badly-installed tire. I called AAA, did that dance, brought it in and learned that the tire pressure monitor had been put on incorrectly, dirt had gotten into the tire and a gasket had failed. Fine. Fix it and get me outta here. Receptionist (who was trying very hard to be nice and is actually quite respectful) kept emphasizing it would be replaced "at no charge," "for free" and "at no expense to me." No kidding. You are the one who screwed it up. Life hours lost: 2.5 Lastly, while waiting the second time, I witnessed an AWFUL story. 3) A man dropped off his car before going to work this morning at 6:25, left it in the parking lot and dropped his key in the overnight box. A friend gave him a ride from Tires Plus to work and then back to Tires Plus after work. He walked in to pick up his car while I was sitting there and I got to see the lock of shock on his face when they told him his car wasn't ready. "Why not? I had an appointment for 10 this morning and dropped off the car before work." "I don't know. Let me get my manager." A few minutes later. the manager arrives and begins questioning the poor guy whose car isn't done. "What time were you here?" asked the manager. "I checked the box when I got in at 6:10." "6:25," responded the very unhappy, would-be customer, "There was no one here." "Oh. Well, I was here. And I checked it at 6:10 when I got in," repeated the manager, "I didn't see it." (This is probably a good time to add that the store opens at 7, so customers could reasonably expect that it's "after hours" at 6:25 am) Then the manager apologized ("I'm sorry.") ...but then repeated that he had checked the box when he got in at 6:10. Dude, it's not an apology if you're still making excuses! Would the guy just getting off work like to wait? They could probably have it done in an hour? After confirming they had his phone number, out-of-luck dude asked why they didn't phone him earlier in the day if he wasn't there at appointment time and he was met with silence. "Oh ... sometimes people just don't show up." Huh. After maybe 7 minutes of receptionist, manager and back room conferring (often leaving poor angry dude standing there), it was decided they would go ahead. . No mention of discount or comped service. Because it wasn't enough that he'd been there before dawn this morning. TL;dr Wasted a lot of time and saw a dude get treated very badly. Shoddy installation, no offers to help, and really poor customer service when there is a problem. PS I had tires put on another vehicle this week - at a different store (Pomps) In and out on time, happy staff and not a single unhappy customer while I was waiting. read more

Had an unfortunate blown tire late Friday night, was able to make a same day Saturday afternoon appointment to get a replacement. I even showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and they were able to get started. Friendly staff, quick and competent workers who had me on my way very quickly (less than an hour!!). December 23rd 2021, I had brought my 1999 Chevy Silverado in for a pre scheduled 4pm front end alignment after having front end work done to it. I was there for 2.5 hours because they had double booked the rack and my truck did not go on until 5pm plus another hour and a half for a simple front end alignment. During the front end alignment the tech came into the waiting room to bring me out to the shop to explain some things to me and proceeded to tell me that he had broke the control arm pins and had severely bent the control arm mount that is attached to the frame. At this point I was beyond mad after waiting 2 hours and finding out that my truck was going to be needing extra work due to the tech (Cayle) not knowing his ass from a hole in the ground. Fast forward to the end of the alignment and the numbers for the camber are two points off and all the mechanic said was that "These old trucks suck to work on and this is the best I can do" After coming home with a truck that has now had a half assed front end alignment done to it I come to find out that the passenger side front tire is so out of line that you can see it is slanted with the naked eye. After some further looking I decided to see how far off the tires really are with a digital level and piece of metal, both tires where of by 2. 5 degrees from factory specs. Now come to present day December 27th 2021 I went back to the so called mechanics with my father who did all of the initial front end work and confronted them about there very poor work. The manager seemed very inconvenienced by the whole matter and after expressing our disgust with there work went back to talk to the tech (Cayle) who did the alignment. The manager emerged about ten minutes later and said that his whole team tried but they just couldn't get the job done and mind you the whole front end had brand new parts. After discussing with the manager for a little while longer he said that he would be more than willing to try and fix the problem by reracking my truck and trying again but I opted for a full refund and will never visit tires plus again. Despite all of the issues I had with Tires Plus over the past couple of days I believe they thought they could get away with poor work because of me being a young woman in her 20's and not knowing anything about vehicles. read more

Before I start, I would like to say that I almost never write reviews for anything, but I feel so strongly that people need to know about an experience like mine. I had been dreading going to get a new battery for my car, as it was not too common of a size and they were pretty expensive. The cheapest ones were not much less than the yellow top Optima I was replacing. I was excited when I found one through Tires Plus online. I called to ask if they had one locally in stock. They did not, but ordered one for me, which came in less than 2 days. When I grabbed the printed quote to pick up the battery, I noticed that the price included an installation fee of $15 to get the online price. I had no idea how that would work, considering I didn't have the car. Most places would still try to tack it on your bill, or would not honor the quote and make you pay an inflated store price instead. Not Tires Plus. I didn't even have to argue with them or even mention it. When they asked if I wanted it installed, I told them that the car was not there and I was just swapping the core (dead battery) for a new one. That was it! Then it turned out they had ordered the battery, but it was not the same as the one listed on their page. They didn't even have the one I found in their inventory. They had only the higher end 500 CCA interstate battery, which was $40 more (same price as Interstate's web site). I was thinking, "No way! There was bound to be some catch." I had to get a ride to pick up the battery, it was near closing time for them, and I only brought enough money to cover the battery and the possible "installation" charge, so I wouldn't have been able to get back in time with more money and would have to do this all over again. Before I could say anything, the man told me that it was their fault things weren't correct and they would honor the quote I printed off, even though it was for a different battery. I couldn't believe it. I thanked him and left. I think I smiled the rest of the day. I am so used to every one of those events becoming an issue and being stressed all day about it or having to get more money or order again and come back to try to do it again. I have recently had to use my tire warranty and the service was a lot better than my first experience. I was given a ride back to work by a guy that just started there. He was friendly and considerate. I am still a little wary, but I am willing to overlook my past visit. I still have a warranty through them and hope if I ever go back that I don't regret it. read more
