Store manager, Jacob F. Places an order for me on January 28th. On January 30th that order, That I…read morehad already paid for, comes in. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but 10 days after it came in, 12 days after it was ordered I call and they tell me it's in. I have ordered parts from AutoZone plenty of times in prior so when Jacob told me I should've received a text about delivery I was shocked, Especially since When I ordered the parts, I asked if I would be called and he said yes. Even if the circumstances are that parts that are ordered in will keep you posted on their status over text, I think a good store manager is smart enough to recognize when a part has been sitting on a shelf for almost 2 weeks. On top of that, I think a good store manager would be proactive about taking blame for Miscommunication or lacking communication from change. Another example of common sense, not being so common.

When he came back to tell us he didn't, he suggested I get a different brand that he was confident about. I told him I bought that brand for my work van and wasn't impressed. He told me if I had any problems with them, they would happily take them back. When we were picking that brand out instead they also didn't have one in the size I needed. He then offered to go outside in the cold snow to see if my car would take a size bigger. To my luck, it could. When we went to check out, he offered to put my other 2 wipers on. (I have 3 because of a hatchback) he was so friendly and helpful. Even suggested a better brand of wiper fluid that wouldn't freeze over if I needed to wipe my windshield on the highway. I will Defintely be returning there in the future.

They did only what I approved and didn't push or over explain to get me to spend more. The price point was $1300 less than what other shops were quoting. I definitely recommend Brandon's, especially when you need electrical work done.
