10/10 service of every level! Brett and Colin came to my house and cleaned the carpets. The entire time, they were joyful, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. It started with a walk-through of the house, and seeing what areas may needed more attention. Then they got to work! 2,300 square foot house and most of it carpeted-they got it don't in less than two hours! I have what I like to call "forgiving carpet" because the color makes it very easy to hide stains and spills. So that's a good thing, but also bad because I didn't know how much dirt had accumulated over a year and a half. Very satisfying work and I would recommend this business to anyone who needs their carpets to look new again! :) Thank you so much for honest good work, you'll see me again soon! read more

I don't do many reviews, but I can't speak highly enough of Jim at Schrader's and felt the need to share. We had a big water damage issue and I found Schrader's and called because of other positive reviews. Jim went above and beyond to provide guidance, suggestions, and talk through everything we had going on. Even during a time when he had other very important commitments, he made time for us after hours. Very knowledgeable and integrity are a tough combo to find these days. I would absolutely use Schrader's again without hesitation. read more

They really care about doing a great job and it shows. They also handled a bad mold problem for me, their skill at eradicating the mold was truly superb! Two days before my escrow was supposed to close on a cabin I owned in Lake Arrowhead, the ice maker burst and flooded the entire house. I no longer live in California and I had so much anxiety. I had no idea where to begin. To fix a flooded house from 1200 miles away seemed impossible. And that's when Schrader's came to the rescue. Jim Schrader, owner of Schrader's Carpet Care, tackled that catastrophe of a mess and transformed what initially seemed like scaling Mt. Everest into an easy summertime stroll! I'd never had an insurance claim in all the years I owned property and I was completely dependent upon the people who had to step in to help me. When I found Jim Schrader, little did I know that the clean-up process would actually be a fantastic experience. Jim came in with his machines, his guys, his trucks. He had his water mitigation system in place the very day I contacted him. They hauled off the ruined flooring, drywall, and carpet. put in the blowers, stayed in touch with the insurance company and reassured me that they'd get me back to normal like it never even happened. And that's precisely what they did! I've rarely been so grateful for anyone in my life. I am a widow and no longer have my husband to turn to. Jim's care and concern meant the world to me. I've always been supremely independent so having to *rely* on *anyone* is a difficult thing for me. I felt, over the days we worked together, that Jim was part of my family. That may be a weird thing to say but it's true: Jim eased my every concern and turned that sopping mess into a nice, dry house so that it was ready for the drywallers and flooring guys to come in and complete the job. Thank you, Jim, for everything, I'm truly blessed to have met you and it's my privilege to write a positive review for you and your company. read more

Carpet Cleaning: A Tale of Two Cities I cannot possibly give as low a review as Cook Carpet Care deserves. We had a 9am appointment on the 28th. They were a no show. Ignored Facebook messenger, phone messages, etc. Still no explanation or response. Very unprofessional. Thankfully, Schraders Carpet came to the rescue. They showed up, did a professional job, are Covid Safe, and are just all around awesome. Family owned and operated mountain locals! 909-336-5616 read more

These folks called me back same day, came and estimated my two big rooms same day, cleaned same day! Huge load off my mind as we prepare to move from a rental to the home we just bought. They are friendly, polite, and fairly priced. They were able to find and clean the various places our cat had hidden away behind sofas (which is where she goes to throw up apparently :( ). Carpet genuinely looks like new. And I read a review before calling them that referenced those wall guards - yep! They have 'em. Check out my photo. read more

Schraders Carpet Care - They used protective covers to be sure their hoses didn't leave marks on the paint! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

We purchased a house in Lake Arrowhead that has light carpet throughout. It was desperately in need of a deep clean. Scheaders Carpet Care were honest, reliable, reasonably priced and did an amazing job. The carpet looks brand new. They also cleaned the slate tile throughout the house and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again. read more

Meant to review these guys a year ago when they came out to our new house in Crestline before we moved in and did an amazing job on the carpets. They just left again today and we again were so impressed with their work and friendliness. We have dealt with quite a few different service companies (for various types of work) on the mountain with mixed results - Jim + his team are responsive, pick up the phone or call back soon after you call, and actually show up when they say they will, are friendly and do great work. We highly recommend them to anyone needing great carpet care at an affordable price. Thank you again! read more

I had the carpet cleaned, 2 rugs, a sofa and a chair. Our dog was sick and had thrown up and pooped in the same area of the carpet. It looked like new and they also applied a disinfectant. I was most concerned about my armchair which had a huge grease spot on the headrest. No trace of it when they were done. Brett and Colin were professional, hardworking, careful, and friendly. they were very reasonably priced. They even suggest they could come back next time and just do the high traffic areas. Yes, I definitely recommend them. read more

I have been using SCHRADER'S carpet care since 2000s and the do an outstanding job. They also don't contract their work out. Best carpet service on the mountain. What I didn't know was that when my water heater blew last Tuesday, the hot water had flowed down to the downstairs to bedrooms. Well guess what they also do. Stop water damage. Jim was at my house in two hours and he was on a job down the hill. It only took 21/2 days to complete the job. (We had to use heaters and humidifiers so it was completely dry)no mold for me. He did not go over the estimate and explained options for me. I saved money, and didn't feel ripped off. So I'm telling you if you need carpet care or have water damage to walls or floors, Call them. They are awesome and they are pet friendly. Bella says Hi read more

Brett is the best! My carpet looks brand new I seriously don't even want to walk on it! After calling a couple other companies on the mountain which did not return calls I asked a friend for a referral. That's how I found Schrader's. Brett answered the phone on the second ring and was able to perform services the next day! He did an absolutely amazing job and took such care in moving all my furniture that he could into the kitchen and thoroughly cleaning every last bit of carpet. I can't believe how great it looks! Look no further Schrader is the best on the mountain! I would give them six stars if I could! Thanks again Brett, you really knocked it out of the park! Oh and I love German shepherds! read more

I love these guys! They are super professional. I have three dogs that decided to act out and ruin my carpet. We tried to shampoo but it wasn't enough. They came and made my carpet like new. I had them do it while I was at work and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Super trust worthy read more

This has been my go to carpet cleaning co. for years. Dependable, friendly and competitive prices.

This is a Dad and Son operation. Jim and Nick are true pros. Jim came out and gave us a free estimate a while back. When I called to say we were ready he still had the estimate handy and was able to pull it right up. So he is organized. They came in and chatted with us on how to treat pet stains in the future and gave us some great inside information that will help out. Then they proceeded to put corner protectors on all corners they were taking their big hose around. They cared! Then they cleaned the carpets through the entire house. Jim spent about 1/2 hour in one room really working hard to get the dirt up. His truck mounted super sucker carpet machine sounded like it had a turbo in it for max sucking power. No Prius power on that machine. They know how to clean carpets. They work from the farthest part of the house to the door. That way there are no footsteps in the carpet when they left. It was like we had our brand new carpet back. The price for the value was excellent. I am sure we could have gotten it for half price from someone else, but I would have gotten half the job also. I feel in this business you get what you pay for. If you value your home as an investment and you appreciate an amazing job well done this is the team to get. For best results we moved as much furniture out of the way before they came. This made our house a clean slate and they did not have to work around many items. It was a pain to do this work, but the outcome is worth it. They get to clean and not move a bunch of furniture and you get a cleaner rug. read more

Honest, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jim being your first call when looking for a carpet pro. read more

On a recommendation from a house cleaning company on the mountain i called Schrader's carpet care . Jim picked up the phone on the second ring. He asked me about the carpeted rooms and stairs with other questions. He told me the price to do the carpets. I told him we had back to back rentals because of everyone wants out of their houses after being stuck in their own houses because of the virus. I ended the call , saying to Jim, I will get back to you when we have a window of opportunity/a gap in rentals to do a carpet cleaning! So, a week and a half later I called in the morning seeing if they had a opening the day of to fit me in. Brett called me back very quick, and explained he's going to see if you can fit me in, and he will call me back in an hour and a half. He called me back and said , what time he will do the carpets !! Not to go on and on and on, but I'd like to say, Schrader's carpet care is, very professional, reliable, they do what they say, very easy to deal with, and great personality both father and son! I am so happy to find Schrader's carpet care! Thank you ,Jim and Brett read more
