In fact, we started Turbo Tax again this year and it acted like we owed state taxes which we knew was not correct. So we chose NOT to submit through them, and instead chose to file with an actual accountant. We chose Ahura Group. Shirin was so wonderful, even in the middle of this pandemic where everything has basically shut down. She was able to help file our tax return quickly and easily without any delays. We spoke over the phone. Submitting our documents online, using their patient portal, was incredibly easy. At one point there was an issue with my pin number not working (the pin number that the irs issues to file electronically) due to a fault on MY part (I gave her the wrong number by mistake), but she was so polite about it, just asking me to kindly double check the number. I managed to do just that and provided her with the right one. She was so nice and thankful when I did. I greatly appreciated her kindness. I should add that with Ahura Group I actually got a MUCH larger refund than Turbo Tax was willing to provide. And with them I even got a refund with the state taxes, instead of owing like Turbo Tax said. My husband and I are very happy with Shirin at Ahura Group and plan to continue using her to file our taxes from now on! Trust me, it is worth it to have an actual accountant!
